Propre, personnel avenant , bonne nourriture

Cons:

Le manque de conaissance sur notre reservation avec Booking and how help.. i want a time with include breakfast, input that information withoit help us to rebook our reservation or adjust at hotel.. they just let go., after some additional charge was add and extra. Dont like when not clear

We had a great time but I hope they will reinvest i to keepimg the property better maintained
Pros:

The staff were excellent, great service and quickly addressed issues we had

Cons:

It is not being maintained very well sadly. The pools water level was lower than it was supposed to be, one of the pools was closed, and another pool was being torn up while we were there. Additionally the “garden view” is actually just a garbage view as you face a large pile of trash. The bathroom was also not maintained well and needed to be renovated a long time ago as it was becoming crusty and gross. The overhang off one of the roofs was also missing tiles and you could tell the property is falling i to disrepair.

Pros:

The staff were lovely. Quite a few pools, very child friendly, a pool with slides etc.. for children. Food was delicious. 30 mins away from Cebu airport.

Cons:

The hotel was out of the way, nowhere to go for walks except the small beach area. But not a problem really.

Pros:

プールは５種類以上あり、9歳の子供にとても合っていました。特にアスレチックプールはとても良かったです。朝ごはんは色々な国の食事があり、アジア料理として子供の口に合わなさそうなものもありましたが、品数が多かったので大丈夫でした。

Cons:

3Fの部屋でしたが、クーラーを付けていたら夜中に室外機がものすごい音でカンカンなるようになり、叩き起こされました。自分の部屋のクーラーを止めるとその音が止むことに気づくのにも時間がかかりました。フロントに言えばよかったのですが、深夜だったのと次の日チェックアウトだったので、その後はクーラーを止めて暑いまま過ごしました。ハズレの部屋を引いた感じです。

Pros:

The food choices were good.

Cons:

I booked 5 rooms and all of them were dirty and have an old musty smell. Pool water was dirty. Pool time is limited. Some were not functioning. Tiles used in pools and bathrooms are slippery and accident prone.
