I was overall disappointed in our stay
Pros:

I liked the large resort with plenty of space. Nice dining areas and pools.

Cons:

All of the pools with slides were closed, the only one open was the inflatable world and you had to pay to use it.
The staff were extremely confused and slow and difficult to sort out check out and paying bills etc. This took up a lot of time and barely gave time for us to enjoy our day by the pool.

Leider ist alles schon etwas heruntergekommen und das Zimmer war nicht wirklich sauber geputzt.

Pros:

We had a great stay here. The buffet breakfast was so gooood. Staff are accommodating. The place is huge and there are lots to explore. We will definitely go back.

Nice enough place, but I’ve experienced nicer for the same or less money.
Pros:

The pool was nice. The food was good, but expensive.

Cons:

The place was a little dated and starting to be a bit run down. The beach had tons of jellyfish and sea urchins. There was a lack of guard rails at the stairs going into the pool.

Once you accept that it is a family resort, then it is all fine
Pros:

Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Hotel rooms (we got poolside with sea views) were a fair size. We did ask for a double bed but got a room with two double beds pushed together. This was not a problem since my husband and I just pushed it apart and just used one bed. Staff was very very well trained. There were also lots of pools for kids. Even a waterpark. Take time to eat at the grill restaurant beside the waterpark. Food is fresh and quality high.

Cons:

Furnishings and fixtures in common areas were clearly worn and looked tired. We were initially unhappy because we wanted a more relaxed resort vibe but once we accepted that this was a family resort (tons of Korean, Chinese, Japanese and local families), we were fine. Heads up, conversations in corridors carry loudly into your room! The beach was also a bit of a disappointment. This was an artificial dolomite beach with a steep incline so not really good for kids and swimming in general. There were also lots of flies specially in the main dining area. Doesn´t bode well for cleanliness.

Ontvangst, ontbijt en het bed.

Cons:

Kamer niet in hotel zelf maar ergens in een gebouw achteraf. Hadden een tijdje geen water voor douchen en wc e.d. niet echt schoon en maar 2 handdoeken op kamer voor 2 personen. Prijs/ kwaliteitverhouding niet in verhouding.

We encountered several room and facility issues during our stay, as our experience did not match what was advertised during our booking.
1. Room 581 shower was not functioning properly with only very small amount of water coming out, handwashing area was clogged, toilet water kept flushing continuously which was disturbing.
2. When i booked indicated free meals as part of genius member level 2 however upon check-in, we were informed that the meals were not part of the package
3. Inflatable pool, which was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, was not accessible for booking.com reservations only available for direct to Solea booking. During booking, it only stated that its unavailable due to maintenance last Sep17. During our stay, we noticed that its actually available but only who booked directly through hotel’s apps not through Booking.com. This condition was not disclosed the booking process and very misleading.
