Pros:

Der Check in war unkompliziert und die Zimmer waren sauber und ausreichend.
Lidl und Edeka sind fußläufig in 5 min zu erreichen.

Cons:

Die Türen sind sehr hellhörig und man findet dadurch schlecht seine Ruhe. Erst mit Kopfhörern konnte ich einschlafen.
Lag aber auch vermutlich daran, dass die anderen Gäste sich vermehrt auf dem Flur unterhalten haben.

Gut eingerichtetes Zimmer für Kurzaufenthalt
Pros:

Das Zimmer und das Bad war sehr sauber.
Es gab neben dem Bett und Kleiderschrank einen Kühlschrank, einen Tisch und eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine. Super: Pads, Zucker und Milch standen kostenlos zur Verfügung.
Zugang durch Pin-Code Box an der Tür, was auch sehr gut funktioniert hat.
Am Anreisetag hat uns der Vermieter auch nochmal angerufen um sicher zu gehen, dass wir die Mail mit dem Pin bekommen haben und wissen, ob wir die Vorgehensweise verstanden haben.
Der Parkplatz am Hotel ist ausreichend groß.
Unter den Zimmer war wohl mal ein Restaurant, dieses ist zur Zeit geschlossen. In der Nähe ist ein kleines Einkaufcenter mit Edeka, Lidl und einen Bäcker, bei dem man frühstücken kann.

Besuch von Verwandten. Die Lage daher gut.
Unkompliziert beim Check in. Auch zu später Stunde mit Code machbar. Sauber

Cons:

Die Heizung war nicht an. Wurde die ganze Nacht nicht warm und als ich um 22.00uhr ins Zimmer kam, war das Fenster noch gekippt. Die ganze Nacht gefroren.

Pros:

Die Wohnung war sauber.

Cons:

Die Schlafzimmerfenster haben keine Gardinen zum Verdunkeln. Die Terrassentür kann von aussen nicht zugemacht werden, ein Griff wäre schön. Das Badfenster benötigt eine Stange zum Öffnen.

Tür im Klo ging nicht zu, Matratzen waren unterschiedlich, nicht Lärmgeschützt, das meiste stand nicht zu Verfügung, hatten mit mehr positiven Sachen gerechnet, außen war es auch Stark abgenutzt
