部屋に電気が沢山あり、
明るいこと。
予約時はシングル二つしか料金面で取れなくて困ってました。入室するとシングルをくっつけたダブルになっていたのでラッキーでした。しかし、その為に枕で元々のシングルベッド間にあるコンセント、電灯のスイッチが隠されていてチェックアウトまで気付かず就寝時は電灯を付けっぱなしで寝る羽目になってしまった。結果、期間中、常に睡眠不足。
また、チェックイン時に、領収書を依頼したら、ネット予約画面からプリントアウトしてくれ！ホテルからは出せませんの一点張りで、ネット上からも出し方ごわからず困ってました。
朝食は宿泊者数に対してメニュー数も少なく，味はイマイチで美味しくない。しかし長期宿泊者？含めて、依頼すればプラスチックの箱を貰えて、ランチ分まで持って帰れる。ランチ分を控えて朝食を美味しくメニューを増やすべき。
Great location and courteous staff
Breakfast is a bit of a war zone with everyone fighting to get a seat and food. The carpet in our room didn’t look very clean (we noticed because we have a baby that currently loves to crawl!)

Door make noise when auto close but it’s the same as other hotels. It’s disturbing from another room when I sleep at night.

The top-level facilities: modern spacious room, 24-h dining at the ground-floor club (high-quality food), the library and reading room on M floor (the Den), the 20th floor offers a pool with great skyline view, fitness center, and Japanese-style onsen. The view on the 25th floor is unparalleled, enjoyed the skyline view of the whole city while falling asleep and waking up in the morning.
On top of these, the professional hotel staff, who are always very polite and helpful, especially Tubtim, Louis, and Ruby. Also the very gentle female attendant at the ground-floor Club restaurant.
Furthermore, a great grocery store steps always where you can obtain anything for a long-term or a weekend stay. Plus many restaurant options in the neighborhood.
