We had the pleasure of staying at Staybridge Suites Thonglor in Bangkok for 28 days, and it exceeded our expectations From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome.
While the entire team was exceptional, we would especially like to recognize Pic, Rainbow, Ki, and Louis. They were quick to answer questions, offered recommendations for the neighborhood, and were always ready to assist with anything we needed.
We highly recommend Staybridge Suites Thonglor and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.
We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Location is great for me . Thong Lor such a good vibrant atmosphere . We arrived late but staff were excellent checked in were easy. We got upgraded to the bigger room for free (this is a bonus for us) The staff were very friendly and helpful. Especially thank you to Louise and Nueng the team who were helping us to check out smoothly.

All of the staff are kind and welcoming. I am especially happy when Ruby and Louis talk to me ,they are always so friendly and make me feel at home :)
The rooms are clean, and having a washing machine in the room is very convenient, especially for longer stays.

Definitely overpriced for the quality you get. Not suitable for business trips. Staff is unorganized and not always accommodating. Except for housekeeping who do their job well.

Well...we came back again and brought friends with us!!! The best part of this hotel is being welcome with beautiful smiles from the front desk staffs...mainly, Apple Benz, Nook, Watt, MJ and Linya...these guys will make your stay feel like a home away from home!!! The room is very clean and confrontable, the cleaning staff welcome you as well with their beautiful smiles!!! The 9th floor lounge staffs on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday happy hour time are super nice!!!! They will take care of you while you enjoy your drinks and snacks!!! At breakfast, a very special thanks to the manager Niwech and his staffs...especially Noon and the rest of the staffs!!! They are amazing folks that welcome you will love. The chefs welcome you as well and make sure you are taken care of. This hotel is one of my favorite hotels in Thailand...they have a edge on the rest of the hotels we been to...the shuttle bus and the lounge, which you can go to relax anytime you want. Thank you STAYBRIDGE for a outstanding stay with a beautiful staffs. Please take care of them because i will return and i want to see these amazing folks!!!

Everything else is good, the staff are very nice and very attentive. Breakfast could have more variations, especially the dessert/baked good sections. Gym is à bit small, plus points is the onsen

This is always our first choice hotel whenever we visit Bangkok. We’ve stayed here several times, but this trip felt especially warm and memorable because of the wonderful room attendant, Toey.
She is incredibly sweet, thoughtful, and attentive. Every day, she kept our room spotless and beautifully arranged. What touched us the most was the effort she put into making different towel art designs — animals, dolls, and other cute creations — together with small handwritten notes for my daughter.
She even noticed the medicine on our table and kindly left a “Get Well Soon” note for my daughter. Such a small gesture, yet it truly meant a lot to us and made our stay extra special.
Please give Toey a big compliment and appreciation for her excellent hospitality and kindness. She truly made our family feel welcomed and cared for.

Had an excellent stay at Staybridge Hotel! The rooms were amazingly clean, comfortable, and very well maintained throughout my stay. A special thank you to housekeeper Kun Gam, who truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was more than amazing. Her attention to detail, kindness, and care really made the experience extra special.
All of the staff were also extremely friendly, welcoming, and always helpful whenever needed. You can really tell the team cares about their guests. Highly recommend staying here and I will definitely be back!
