Easy and convenient.
Pros:

This was an overnight stop on our way home from Toronto, ON. It was conveniently located just off the interstate and very comfortable.

The room is clean. Some staff were extremely helpful the rest not so much and rude.

We checked out before breakfast. The room was clean and met our needs for a quick overnight stay. The hotel staff was barely visible. The person who checked us in was awesome. The hotel staff was barely visible on checkout. We checked out before breakfast at 5:30 am. The desk person was sitting in the dark on the couch. She told us our receipt would be emailed. It wasn't. She made us feel like we were disturbing her When I checked my card, the bill was for $50 more than it should have been. I called this morning. The person I spoke to was extremely rude. She told me that was a deposit for damage that should be returned in 5 business days. We have never had that before while staying at Holiday Inn Express & Suites.
