Cleanliness
6.4
Mixed signals in reviews: several guests praised cleanliness, but a number reported serious issues (torn sheets, old food under bed, peeling paint, garbage smell, infrequent housekeeping). Overall cleanliness is noticeably impacted by these negatives.
Service
9.6
Consistently excellent staff feedback: multiple mentions of friendly, helpful, professional and dedicated employees; several guests explicitly called out exceptional customer service.
Location
9.4
Location repeatedly praised (convenient to hospital/U of M, great location, easy parking). Few or no negative comments about location.
Room Quality
8.4
Rooms often described as bright, spacious and comfortable with good beds, but some guests reported maintenance and quality problems (torn sheets, peeling paint, weak shower, broken coffee maker).
Amenities
9
Amenities are a clear positive: indoor pool, fitness center, self-service laundry and ample free parking were mentioned positively by multiple guests.
Value for Money
7.4
Mixed value perception: several guests felt price was too high or noted unexpected/extra charges and reservation mishandling; others found the stay acceptable. Overall value leans below the target due to these complaints.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Breakfast was frequently complimented (good/excellent), though isolated negative mentions exist (incidents tied to cleanliness rather than food quality). Overall F&B is positively received.
Overall Experience
9.8
Majority of reviews describe a wonderful stay with strong recommendations, driven largely by service, location and amenities; a minority of severe negative experiences (cleanliness, reservation/billing issues) lower but do not dominate the overall sentiment.

The only positive about your hotel…your staff. Exceptional people.
Pros:

Nothing

Cons:

Old food under the bed upon arrival. Torn sheets on the bed. I can add more specifics but redundant. Peeling paint in the room. Truly the worst hotel I have ever stayed. Had no choice as I was booking for parents weekend for U of Michigan to see my son. At $700 per night I would expect better. Never coming back.

最悪。
Pros:

ロケーションは良かった

Cons:

予約した条件の部屋に滞在できなかった。　理由は多分ホテル側のミスと思われる。　従ってキングサイズのベッド一台に簡易ベッドが提供された。
部屋の清掃は5日間で２回しかなかった。

Overall, a wonderful stay with fantastic service and zero complaints - highly recommended!
Pros:

A warm and welcoming hotel with an amazingly dedicated and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We enjoyed a good breakfast, and having plenty of free parking was a huge plus. The hotel offers great amenities, including an indoor pool, a fitness center, and a self-service coin-operated laundry room.

Cons:

Nothing at all - everything was great!
