Overall, a wonderful stay with fantastic service and zero complaints - highly recommended!
Pros:

A warm and welcoming hotel with an amazingly dedicated and friendly staff. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-maintained. We enjoyed a good breakfast, and having plenty of free parking was a huge plus. The hotel offers great amenities, including an indoor pool, a fitness center, and a self-service coin-operated laundry room.

Cons:

Nothing at all - everything was great!

Great location. Nice place.

Cons:

Not enough staff. Towels weren't even removed one day much less room cleaned. Twice beds weren't made. After 5 you have to go down because there is only one person working in the whole place.

Pros:

Excelent instalations. Very confortable and even the breakfast was good. The staff, from front desk to servers were very nice and professional.

Cons:

They didn't respect the room reservation I made but they were willing to correct it right away.

Other than that, I slept very well for my short stay breakfast was very good.
Pros:

Convenient to the Hospital beds were very comfortable and it was very clean.

Cons:

I went to make coffee and the coffee maker did not work. There was no fan that was operating in the bathroom and those were the only two things that were disappointing.

If you're looking for a quiet, comforting stay, this Holiday Inn Express is it!
Pros:

I would stay at this Holiday Inn Express again. The hotel was situated in a quiet and spacious location. There is plenty of parking. The room I stayed was clean and I appreciate the efforts to reduce waste. No more bar soaps and other single use items that are likely to be thrown away.

Cons:

No complaints from me!
