It was close to the facility, a pleasant stay but scary when I slipped and almost fell in the restro
Pros:

It was clean and had breakfast and it was quiet.

Cons:

The walk in shower had a rubber/plastic bracket holding the water back the problem is water leaked everywhere which caused slipping. That is dangerous.

Cons:

My room was not cleaned on Sunday. When complaining to the front desk I was told that there was a staff shortage that day. Only compensation for this frustration was some IHG points. This was unpleasant and the only complaint as this is a nice facility and staff.

Pleasant place to stay for a day or two.
Pros:

The breakfast had a wide variety of items, but "fell down" on some basics and quality of the food. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, but not available at key times.

Cons:

The outlet in the bathroom did not work. There was no plain bread (white or wheat) at breakfast. Only raisin bread, bagels and muffins. The Omelet at breakfast was rubbery. The bed was uncomfortable for me, but my wife found it good. There was no one at the desk for check-out. Just a sign saying they were away helping a guest. I dropped my cards in the box, but have no receipt for the visit. Hoping I get one via email, but haven't yet.

Had a wonderful time and a clean comfortable room!

I highly recommend this hotel.
Pros:

The location was great for touring the Horicon marsh.
The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the whole place was spotless.

Cons:

The breakfast was a bit disappointing. The cheese omelettes and sausage were over cooked. Other than fast food, there were no better restaurants nearby.
