Categories

Cleanliness
7.1
Generally reported as clean, but several guests noted issues (bed-sheet odor, occasional dirty rooms), so cleanliness is slightly below the hotel's otherwise good standard.
Service
9.2
Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and professional (English-speaking staff noted); front-desk service and overall attitude were strong positives in many reviews.
Location
9.5
Consistently praised as central and very convenient—close to shopping streets, Kumamoto Castle, transport and nightlife; location is a standout feature.
Room Quality
7.4
Mixed feedback: some rooms described as spacious and comfortable, others reported as small/claustrophobic with occasional issues (lighting, bed-sheet smell), so room quality is moderate.
Amenities
8.8
Amenities are well-regarded (free drinks/service drinks, VOD, masks, toiletries). Minor complaints about coffee-machine availability windows and compact lobby facilities slightly reduce the score.
Value for Money
9
Frequently mentioned as good value or cheap with strong price-to-quality ratio; many guests said it felt like a great deal for the location and services.
Food and Beverage
8.9
Breakfast is widely praised for taste and variety; a few guests noted the breakfast room is small or uses time slots which is a minor drawback.
Overall Experience
8.9
Overall impressions are very positive—comfortable stay, excellent location and service—with a few recurring minor issues (room size, occasional cleanliness) that keep the score just below top-tier.

便利な立地重視にはオススメです。
Pros:

朝食が種類が多くて美味しかった。
市街地中心部で交通至便だった。

Cons:
