I come to Toledo several times a year I think this will be my new hotel location Liked everything

location perfect way stop on my road trip. amenities very good. staff very nice

Cons:

breakfast buffet a bit expensive for the fare. broken window shade would not close leaving my room exposed to outside. I was o the 3rf floor, and the ground level rose going away from the hotel allowing outside traffic to see in. Not a big worry but ...

Restful, clean and just what I needed.
Pros:

The room was large with a microwave and refrigerator (I used both). The bed was comfortable and not too high making it easy to get in and out. The staff were very helpful especially in checking in and out. I appreciated their assistance and they refused my tip.

Cons:

When I arrived, the phone and outlets did not work. They repaired once I requested help. The directions to log into the internet were incorrect and I could not log into the internet. The manager came down and helped me to gain access. They expained there had been a new system in place. I also had the impression that the on-site restaurant meant there would be room service. I did not want to eat alone in the restaurant.
