Clean, new, and comfortable stay despite an unprofessional check-in.
Pros:

Comfort of bed and pillows in King room was excellent. Shower pressure was great. Clean and updated room (5-9-2026). Many places to charge phones. Closet/open cabinet area was spacious. Dark and quiet room for sleeping. Nice to have free coffee in lobby. It would have been nice to have real cream instead of coffee mate creamer.

Cons:

CHECK-IN: The only person there to check us in was unprofessional in his manners and in his dress. (I thought he was a maintenance man.) He was sitting on the couch watching tv in the open lounge area. He didn't immediately come to the counter. I even got my phone out, thinking I needed to call the Holiday Inn number. He then went behind the counter but did not turn towards us or greet us. (He was eating.) Without eye contact, he asked for my credit card and ID. Still no greeting. He swiped my credit card at least 15 times, NOT exaggerating! We offered to swipe it on our side, but he said that it didn't work. He ended up typing my number in. THEN, he said, "Hi, my name is Matt. Welcome to Holiday Inn. Here are the keys to your room." That was it. Very bizarre. The tissues and toilet paper were not the soft kind, if that's important to you. For the price of $179, we were very disappointed in our check-in experience. (CHECK-OUT: Checking out the 2 ladies were regular, friendly, and professional people.)

Just something to do
Pros:

Clean, easy to get to. Nice rooms

Cons:

Stayed here for the pool. It was dirty and very cold. Not swim able.

The room was amazing very clean the restaurant was beyond awesome

Your pool was very dirty, I know spring break and everybody was in and out but the pool was dirty.

Great room and great value
Pros:

The king room was great! It had a unique layout and lots of space to keep belongings/luggage etc. There is a grill restaurant right in the lobby, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Many options for restaurants and shops close by.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything that could have been better!

Perfection PERSONIFIED
Pros:

A very SPECIAL G.M. named Sir Mr. MOE and a check-in staff of a MR. AARON and a MS. ARIEL surely DO make a tremendous first impression. This property, safe, serene, and centrally located while being inviting - relaxing - modern - refreshing - quiet - AND well maintained....everything working with maintenance and housekeeping staff pleasant and visible as well as a hard working and again involved breakfast staff make this property a "NO BRAINER"!

Nice. Comfortable beds clean.
Pros:

Slim pickings because of the tournaments in the area. Restaurant had a hard time keeping up... but we're trying there best.

Cons:

More staff for restaurant to accommodate a full hotel.
