Beware NO HOT WATER
Pros:

It was a fairly new hotel

Cons:

What everyone I talked to was complaining about was the fact that there was absolutely no hot water I tried to talk to the desk clerk about it and he told me if I didn't like it I should check out, I told him as long as he would give us our money back I would definitely go to another hotel he said no he couldn't do that and then went on to try to blame us for not knowing that there's always been a problem there with the hot water even though nobody at check-in said one word about the problem I should have recorded the stupid stuff he was saying to me while he was blaming us for not knowing, I would never recommend anybody to stay there, the plumber I talked to who was trying to figure out the problem sounded like he was totally stumped at how to fix the issue, so unless you don't mind ice cold showers I would say do not reserve at that hotel

Pros:

This was our second time staying at this hotel, and our experience was good both times. It was clean, comfortable, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Ridiculous
Pros:

Never made it. Turned out we needed to drive longer into Iowa than we thought. We did not stop in KC Mo afterall.

Cons:

Booking .com didn’t help at all. Big disappointment

Miserable
Cons:

We tried 3 different rooms and none of them had hot water. The hotel knew that they were having hot water issues and didn’t contact us ahead of time and wouldn’t assist us in getting a room at any other nearby Holiday Inns. Additionally we used the washer and then discovered the dryer was broken. None of the floors had a working ice machine.

Pros:

It was a clean hotel, and it was reasonably priced.

Cons:

When we arrived the section of the hotel we were staying in did not have hot water. They did tell us before check in and they did offer for us to stay somewhere else. We did stay since we were there for less than 24 hours and no one planned to shower. They did reduce the cost of the rooms.

Stress free comfortable good location clean and reasonably priced
Pros:

The staff was welcoming and efficient. the facility was clean and comfortable. Room was spacious with plenty of soap, shampoo, and lotion. Plenty of well lit parking.

Cons:

I have no complaints that the staff had control over. The facility had suffered a plumbing issue and there was a sewer smell and no hot water.

Great spot, friendly staff, safe location.
Pros:

It was a safe location, tucked down a side road but walking distance to a Taco Bell and gas station. The beds were comfortable, the pillows were all different firmnesses, that was nice. The staff was friendly

Cons:

The pool was closed, they were having a problem with the water heater and hot water but it was fairly warm and they adjusted my rate. You have to pay for the breakfast
