Not even a sub standard breakfast affected our pleasure in the hotel

Cons:

Breakfast below par, even though it was included in our booking, you had to pay extra for cooked eggs, very limited amount or choice of both tea and breakfast pastries
Spa not officially available for use on leaving day (we were allowed to as we smiled at the nice lady on reception)

La struttura è molto elegante, accogliente e di una pulizia impeccabile. Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite Secretariat, nelle scuderie. L'ampia camera è esterna alla villa, distante pochi passi. I letti molto comodi, la biancheria pulita e profumata. Il bagno dotato di ogni comfort. La SPA è molto bella con atmosfera addolcita da luci soffuse, musica e candele. Ci sono due vasche riscaldate, una molto calda e rilassante, l'altra con cascata d’acqua e getti con idromassaggio. C'è la possibilità di accedere ad un self service dove si trova frutta, acqua, tisana calda ed i buonissimi amaretti di Mombaruzzo. Al piano superiore, accessibile in ascensore, si trovano la sauna, il bagno turco e la doccia emozionale. Per la colazione, la sala è in villa e dà la possibilità di avere un'ottima varietà sia dolce che salato. Lo staff è gentile e molto disponibile

Diversi disservizi si sono verificati in quel weekend. Ascensore rotto, bagno turco non funzionante e un cambio camera dell’ultimo minuto a causa di un incidente accaduto in mattinata.

Una bellissima struttura e LA SPA.
Peccato personale ( peggiore tale Irene)
Le foto delle stanze su booking non coincidono con le stanze presenti nella struttura. Solamente 2 stanze su 15 hanno una bella vista, altre stanze vista garage o cortile con magazzino tecnico.
Ristorante e il personale del ristorante- eccezionale.

La SPA é molto ampia e ottima per rilassarti. Nella SPA ci sono due piscine riscaldate, varie aree relax e tanti altri servizi. Hai la possibilità di prenotare un massaggio.
Eravamo nella dependance a pochi metri dall'hotel e abbiamo soggiornato in un appartamento con soggiorno, ampia camera e bagno. Tutto molto pulito.
