Pros:

Location is perfect!
Actually this place is made for long stays, rooms include washing machines, fully equipped kitchen and everything for long stays.

Cons:

Breakfast concept is strange, better to walk around to find cafes serving local food.

Superb location and facility, great value for the money!
Pros:

A lot of things. The location is super. Walking distance to the city centre, the ferry terminal for Suomelina is across the road, there are two supermarkets around the corner ... whilst the studio itself is very self contained, nicely decorated and the rooftop was the bonus. On top of that, there is a bigger laundry facility in the basement with dryer and all free of charge. Not to mention, a really nice Italian restaurant downstairs.

Cons:

1st time in Finland so I am not quite familiar with staying in these type of accommodation so I didn't know there were 'serviced floors' where you can grab hair dryer, top up shower gel, etc. I have provided a feedback to Noli and they are adding these additional notes as we speak.

Super veel faciliteiten, erg fijne locatie. Spa was ook top. Heel nieuw complex, prettige sfeer.

Cons:

Bed met 1.40 wel vrij klein voor 2 personen (wij hadden een compacte studio).

Perfect for exploring Finland. Thanks we will be back.
Pros:

Loved the set up - everything you need for a comfortable stay. Clean (apart from a few black hairs I found in the plug sink on arrival), spacious, great water pressure. Really nice touch to have washing machine tablets and dishwasher tablets plus dish washing and drying items.
A clothes horse in the cupboard and plenty of clothes storage space. Very helpful staff. Lovely shared spaces too with games available in the lounge area.

Cons:

It was quite hot but I could open a window to let air in.

Pros:

El apartamento y el edificio en si estan muy completos, con multitud de servicios.
El apartamento es tal cual las fotos, cuenta con lavadora y lavavajillas y te dan suministros para ambos.
Es grande y cómodo, fue una estancia perfecta.

Cons:

Poder habernos quedado mas dias para poder disfrutar con tiempo de las zonas comunes, gimnasio, sauna, lavandería....

Nice complex, tiny apartment with very small bathroom and bec
Pros:

The apartment is practical and well equipped. Location was very convenient what we needed it for.

Cons:

The bathroom is extremely inconvenient, and tiny. The wash machine is built in under the sink so you can’t comfortably step close to the sink to wash your face and teeth. The entry to the shower is just an inch or so wider than an A4 page ( tested with a magazine) so if you are on the heavier side you won’t fit trough.
The beds are very narrow, not a standard double, and they only disclose the size after you paid for a non refundable booking. Absolutely not suitable for travellers who aren’t a couple because the bed is tiny and the bathroom is full glass panels. Even though it’s tinted you don’t have full privacy as you can easily see the silhouettes.

Good location, nice sauna and steamroom, bonus having laundry in room!
Pros:

The location is good, right near the market, ferris wheel, Allas pool, etc. The room was huge, and we had plenty of space to spread out. The kitchenette with some provided coffee was fantastic. The sauna and steam room were nice, the beds were comfortable. The wifi was fast and it was awesome to have a washing machine in the room!

Cons:

It was difficult to find the first time, and the address didn't bring us to the correct location. The jacuzzis were lukewarm at best.
