Pros:

Dirtiness Seems to Be a Selectivity Criterion in This Establishment
Cons:

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights and experienced an unacceptable level of service. First, I was assigned a room located very far from the elevator, which is particularly inconvenient for a long stay. However, this was only a minor issue compared to the main problem: my room was never cleaned once during the entire stay.

I reported the issue multiple times to the front desk. The receptionist on duty on Sunday was especially unprofessional. Rather than acknowledging the problem or trying to resolve it, she made repeated excuses and attempted to blame me, the guest.

Even after Booking.com intervened and escalated the complaint, nothing changed. The hotel took no action whatsoever, and the room remained uncleaned for the full eight nights.

I strongly advise against booking here, particularly for longer stays. Choose another property.

Excellent location and amazing view from the terrace
Pros:

Great view on south harbour from the large private terrace. Super convenient location, 5 minutes walk from Market Square. Extremely clean and well maintained.

Utrolig bra fasiliteter på rommet! Veldig koselige fellesarealer. Godt renhold, perfekt beliggenhet for å utforske byen, veldig hyggelig og hjelpsomme verter.

Pros:

An apartment is wonderful.

Cons:

a little difficult to get in / out from a car parking. There are a few of them and not clear signs where to move. We put an apartment card into a wrong box and then we could not get out from a wrong parking to a wright one.

Checking in was stressful. I ended up at the wrong Noli Studios, and there were just tablets there that told me they didn't recognize my reservation. Happily there was a staff member who saw me scratching my head and helped me out. But I had time to get quite stressed, and if she hadn't come along, it could have taken me a long time
