I had the most amazing experience at this hotel. Beautiful designed hotel and very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The hotel is extremely close to a huge selection of restaurants and small boutique shops. Highly recommend staying here!

I liked the design. I wouldn’t consider this a 5 star property. I would say it’s 4 star. Staff is very stingy with things like towels, etc. there’s no coffee or kettle in the room. We were told it’s because “billionaires stay here and they don’t need that stuff” which I disagree with. If someone wants a tea in their room where are they supposed to go if the restaurant on site i La closed and there’s no room service? Breakfast begins at 9:30 but if you want a coffee earlier you’re out of luck.

They do a tea time for an hour which is nice.

No room service and no full amenities in bathroom. You have to use WhatsApp to message them for cotton swabs etc which they didn’t have. No shower caps. They did have Botton pass to remove makeup. Breakfast is good. But it isn’t exceptional. It’s good enough and will get you by.

Cleaning staff is great and does an amazing job.

Bernadet Alaçatı is a hidden paradise inside the village with it's own 1000 year old tree located in the center of the facility. Spectacular rooms with inspiring view of the garden and the pool area. Even though it is in the hearth of the village, due to it's unique location, noise and crowd was not a problem compared to our past experiences in Alaçatı. More over with its outstanding gastronomic operation and experiential concept Bernadet has been ahead of the curve in terms of exclusive experiences, sophisticated community and stimulating facilities such as the glass, wood, ceramics workshop, sport facilities and themed buildings. Last but definitely not the least, the kind and friendly staff more than fulfilled our expectations.
