Everything about our stay was wonderful,beds were very comfortable. We will definitely stay again on our way to PCB.
Rooms were sold out/overbooked.
Extended stay should be reason to qualify for daily room service, not disqualify..I stayed 7 nights and room service (clean towels, empty trash & bed making was not done nor offered)!!!
Inconvenient to go to keep going to front desk and asking for these services..
Nice property
Our stay started on a high note. We were warmly welcomed by a very kind and friendly young lady at check-in, which set a positive tone. She greeted us with a smile and made us feel genuinely welcome.
Unfortunately, the condition of the room didn't meet the same standard. The bathroom floor was not clean, and several towels had visible makeup stains. Additionally, the cabinets and furniture showed clear signs of wear and tear, which detracted from the overall comfort.
The following day, we requested extra towels but were told we needed to go downstairs to collect them ourselves. While not a major issue, it was unexpected. The staff on duty at the time seemed preoccupied with a personal phone conversation and was not attentive to guests’ needs, which was disappointing.
On a brighter note, there was a young man cleaning the exterior of the building who was exceptionally courteous and friendly—another example of the potential this team has.

Clean and quiet
The staff was superb. Only issue was a tv malfunction and we had to be moved to different room. This was quickly resolved and we were fine. Loved our stay. Room and kitchen area was very clean.
Among the few hotels around Newnan this is one that's acceptable.
