Pros:

Front desk has terrible customer service skills. Unable to follow through on any requests previously confirmed. They ration food in the breakfast area to make sure there is food available when housekeeping shows up at 9:00 to eat.

Pros:

After a long day at the ball fields, kids wanted to swim. The sign said the pool closed at 10pm, however front desk person was a jerk and made everyone get out at 9pm. He said he spoke to his manager who said the pool closes at 9pm. This was disappointing as several ball players from different teams wanted to cool off after playing ball all day long in the heat. This was explained to the front desk worker who did not care and said his manager said to close the pool at 9pm.
