No one speak english and the breakfast is only acceptable. No minibar at room and no cold water.

The location of the hotel is just perfect. It is located right in the centre of the city. The Wanda Mall is within walking distance of the hotel. The other major hotels are also all within close proximity of the hotel. The main bar street is right across from the street as well. The train station is a short drive away. The hotel staff spoke little english but they were extremely helpful and found ingenious ways to communicate and help me out. I appreciate the help I got. The room was decent sized and well kept. For a budget business hotel this was perfect. However, if you are not a fan of Chinese food and are looking to eat they may not be your pick. The breakfast served very few continental options and I didnt see much on the menu either. For a short stay, I would definitely recommend.
Located on the main street, this new hotel needs to find its marks but with a small parking and standard holiday inn express rooms, this is still a good bargain.
