Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Florence - Cincinnati Airport by IHG

We had a group of 57 people and everything was absolutely amazing. Risa was so good to work with as we planned this trip. Everything was organized from the moment we arrived at the hotel, the breakfast was perfect, the rooms were comfortable, an all around great place to stay! I would recommend the Holiday Inn Express and Suites, Florence KY!

I stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Cincinnati frequently for work, and over the years I’ve had the pleasure of getting to know Mary and Lily. They are truly the heart of this hotel.

As a pilot with 21Air, my colleagues and I spend about two weeks away from home every month. Being away from family isn’t always easy, but Mary and Lily always make us feel genuinely welcome. Their kindness, professionalism, and warm smiles make the hotel feel like a second home.

They always greet us by name, remember the little things, and consistently go above and beyond to ensure our stay is comfortable. Their exceptional customer service and genuine care for every guest are what keep me coming back.

Front desk Mary is awesome and very knowledgeable. Always willing to help and go the extra mile. All the staff and personnel at this IHG are awesome. I have been staying at this IHG for over a year. They make you feel welcome like family.

Excellent hotel with very comfortable rooms. What truly stands out about this place is the staff, especially Mery. They go above and beyond to make you feel at home, even when you’re away from home.

Check in was easy. Neil was very nice. The Maintenence man (didn't get his name) showed us the pool and explained why it was discolored. Nice guy!

Everything was great!

The customer service on the phone was horrible. I have never in my life spoke to someone so rude who is suppose to be helping. Rude people should not work in customer service.

We were in town for a family funeral, and needed to be close to the airport for some of our family members who needed a shuttle after we left.
Our room was very clean, spacious, welcoming, and even smelled good!
Mary at the check-in desk was very welcoming, fun and energetic, and made our arrival a fun experience. Every hotel needs a Mary!

Clean, front desk a little confused (assigned wrong room) but all worked out. Parking is a little tight so be prepared. Rooms were great and location was superb - right by airport, great restaurant options, easy access to local expressways and such. Small quibble - lots of (burning) breakfast cooking smells on second floor -- not the good ones, think exhaust fan. Both in my room and the hallway. Otherwise great. Breakfast buffet was lovely. I noticed Delta has their employees stay here, so that speaks volumes...
