Average stay
Pros:

The bathroom was average but clean. The room and mini bar was clean. However, the mattress was super thin, I could feel the springs.

Cons:

The communal areas were disguising. The kitchen and cooking areas were cluttered with dirty items, the kitchen bench was soiled. I couldn’t believe how the cleaner could leave it in such a state.

The room was comfortable, clean and quiet.
Full shared kitchen.
Most people would appreciate the coffee shop almost next door.
Pin entry, no extra sets of keys (don't loose your phone).

Cons:

Very tight car space and not one for every room.
The kitchen was run down, bits missing, cookware not supplied. Dish cleaning items weren't supplied. People left dishes unwashed and the cleaning staff left the dirty dishes, with food remnants on the bench for at least the 3 days I was there, even though they work every day and I notified managment.

You get what you pay for; a cheap and nasty experience.
Cons:

The place is falling down - the aircon didn’t work, the walls are paper thin, bits hanging off, two conditioners, no shampoo.
