Pros:

I loved the clean rooms & public spaces.

Cons:

The shower head needs to be adjustable. Towels were not easily accessible & our housekeeper didn't come every other day as promised (we ran out of hand soap & tissue).

Hotel has gone down hill over the last year.
Pros:

Clean comfortable room.

Cons:

Evening staff was rude and not helpful. Hot water for tea was cold, I had to use the microwave to heat my water. Used to LOVE this place. Not anymore.

Cons:

Seating for breakfast. Food not restocked and when asked for something was told they were out. It was a lie, because when pushed they would say let me look and would come back with one. I was told he looked in the back and this was the last one. Breakfast still had over an hour to go.

Everything was perfect! Shopping centers close by , a Walmart right behind the building. The room was clean and comfortable.
