Very convenient, good breakfast.
Pros:

Very friendly. Nice room and comfortable bed.

Cons:

I had a $50 cleaning fee even though she is a service dog. Ok, fine. But that was not mentioned when I booked.

Other than the smelly odor of the room, everything was wonderful!
Pros:

The customer service, amenities, location, and price / value.

Cons:

My room #407 smelled like a wet dog. If you’re allowing pets, then EVERYTHING needs to be thoroughly cleaned, including changing the air conditioning filters.

Pros:

I loved the clean rooms & public spaces.

Cons:

The shower head needs to be adjustable. Towels were not easily accessible & our housekeeper didn't come every other day as promised (we ran out of hand soap & tissue).
