The location was great. It located right off the interstate. It was near food, shopping and gas station. The property on the outside look wonderful. The lobby looks great and the food, restaurant is nice enough. The pool was very nice.
This hotel is only 5 years old and the room are already looking old and run down. The rooms wallpaper needs to be replaced. The bathroom fixtures are rusted. The carpet is cheap and needs to be replaced and thicker. You can hear the people upstairs footsteps because the carpet is so thin. I couldn't sleep. The mattress and comforter isn't thick or plush. This Hilton brand is known for is nice mattresses and comforter. The cost of the hotel, I would expect more better accommodations on the bedding, carpet and furniture. The chair was stained and old.

BAR/RESTAURANT STAFF WAS EXCELLENT. FRONT DESK PERSON WAS PLEASANT AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. 2ND VISIT HERE.
BATHROOM SLIDING DOORS ARE ALWAYS CRANKY.

Shower temperature couldn’t be controlled - had to go to another room to shower. Chatted with other guests who had no hot water. Breakfast, which was not complementary, was second rate - lukewarm coffee, tasteless French toast and tasteless sausage.

The floors are very slippery all over. My husband is an amputee and it was very hard to use his crutches and I found bathroom in room very slippery also for my self. I believe wrong choice of flooring dangerous
