Pros:

I want to recognize how kind and professional the front desk team was. They were all very friendly, and Christina was especially wonderful. She made our wait enjoyable with her positive attitude and excellent customer service. She definitely deserves.

Sheets were very very thin. Rust over all of bathroom vanity. Bathroom door would not close Room very very damp. A/C loud and ineffective. Bathroom Shower door handle on wrong side - hand to grip shower door with fingernail

HOrrible night,,,we arrived tired and hungry and the computers were down and we could get a room, though it was paid for. I was so disappointed in the staff and how no one could help us. Sadly we had to drive two more hours to another decent hotel, not Hilton.
