HOrrible night,,,we arrived tired and hungry and the computers were down and we could get a room, though it was paid for. I was so disappointed in the staff and how no one could help us. Sadly we had to drive two more hours to another decent hotel, not Hilton.

Our quick, overnight vacation stay

Cons:

The air unit made a funny noise each time it kicked off. Also, having to pay extra for breakfast.

Did not meet our needs.
Pros:

Only offered breakfast you had to pay for. Not interested.

Cons:

We are severely handicapped and give a room down at the very end of the hall way. Very far from the elevator and on the 2nd floor. The first day there was someone to help us take the cart up stairs. The 2nd day, the front desk brought the cart to the door, but had no one to help us downstairs.

Mostly very nice.
Pros:

The room was quiet, very clean, neat looking. The breakfast was great. I enjoyed the walk in shower

Cons:

I was disappointed not to have a mini freezer in the refrigerator to freeze my ice block for the next leg of my journey.
Also, the free tv channel selection was very poor! I remember in the past being able to watch some good movies and Netflix. No such luck! I read my book instead.
