Pros:

It’s in a great location right off 95 with well lit parking lot. I had trouble with my booking when checking in, there was some missed communication between the hotel and Booking.com, but the two ladies (it was 12am and one was about to go home) got it all straightened out for me and I was VERY thankful for them to get us checked in. The room was clean and we like having the extra sink.

Cons:

We’ve been here before and I don’t remember breakfast being so bad in the past. The waffle mix wasn’t right and made weird hollow crunchy waffles. The silverware is all in drawers under the buffet area and was dirty and the drawers themselves were full of crumbs. There just wasn’t a lot of options that looked edible.

Affordable pet friendly stay. Needs to improve room cleanliness and breakfast options.

Location was good and price.

Cons:

The cleanliness in the bathroom was not good. Shower was dirty and sink and cabinet was not clean. Breakfast was not good, very limited options, seemed always out of something.

Terrible, got not sleep.

It looked nice

Cons:

My sheets on my bed were used. There was hair all over it and stains on the sheets.
The first room we were given had people actually in it (we walked in on them).
The second room given was a step down from what I booked.
The people upstairs were running around all night and morning.

What stay
Pros:

I booked it in the morning and change of plans we (my 97 year old mom and I) tried to cancel and couldn't get any satisfaction and numerous attempts had to give up trying to get any answers about a proper refund even with the insurance and gave up. Really ? Paid the money for nothing. What can be done ? Sorry put this under what I didn't like.

Best stay on our entire 14 day road trip.
Pros:

This place is fantastic! It was our second stay. Spotless clean. They go the extra mile. I feel safe. Staff is nice. Breakfast has a wide range of options.

Cons:

I wish they still had the little silk milks they did last year at breakfast otherwise it was great.
