Nice, clean facility.
Pros:

Comfy pillows and bed. Complimentary waters upon checking in. Easy check out.

Cons:

Room was cold (64 degrees) when we came in but it heated up quickly when I turned up the thermostat. It would be nice to have a second chair to sit on.

Pros:

The hotel is clean and comfortable and what you'd expect for a Hampton Inn. The gym was very nice with quality equipment. Beds could be a little softer but that's a personal preference.

Pros:

I enjoy staying here when I come into town. It’s quiet and clean. Normally, I don’t have complaints but the staff member at the desk when I went to drop off my key card was very cold and did not make eye contact with me. I guess I expected a little more attentiveness from that hospitality staff member. The key cards she was organizing was obviously more important than a customer checking out. It won’t determine my overall experience but it definitely stood out.

The receptionist was phenomenal. We checked in late at night and she was so friendly! The room was very very clean and we could not have been happier with our stay
