Hotel Bilbaino

Nice quirky little hotel with a view to die for. Rooms need updating tho it is being knocked down and refurbished in 2026. Would definitely stay here again. Staff were amazing and a lovely breakfast. Only a stones throw from the beach . Highly recommended

Brilliant little hotel. The sea view was amazing and the staff were very good too . The rooms tho a bit dated were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was also very nice. Just gutted this hotel is now closed until some time in 2026. Will definitely stay again in the future

The selling point of this hotel is that it is right on the beachfront. We paid extra to have a full sea view on the front which was great. The room itself is basic but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The maid service was great. The breakfast was ok, enough choice to pick from. Reception staff were friendly when we came in and out. I would recommend and would definitely return.

A great little hotel and great value for money. A superb sea view room with a balcony to sit and admire the view with a glass of wine. Great location close to Old town and reasonably quiet at night, really friendly and helpful staff, will definitely return

This hotel is quite basic but what really sells it is the location.
You are smack bang on the beach and a few steps from The Old Town.
The hotel is extremely clean and staff are very helpful and friendly.
You can hire the key to the safe for a returnable deposit of 10 euros.
The breakfast is a standard buffet breakfast with no thrills.
There is a fridge in the room and supermarket next door so storing cold water isn’t a problem.
A sea view room is a must.
We will certainly be back.
If your holiday is all about the location more than luxury this hotel is the one for you

My wife and myself spent 7 nights in the Bilbaino hotel. Really nice hotel, perfectly situated away from the rowdy new town. The rooms do require updating, e.g. plug sockets.. the rooms were cleaned every day.. the towels were changed every day but the bed linen wasn't.. we were on the 4th floor and we had a beautiful sea view.
The only down parts of the holiday,
was due to having an evening flight we did ask for a late checkout, we had to pay €40 for a back room which was very claustrophobic due to there being no courtesy room to get changed.. the other down point was we had to carry our cases approximately half a mile because there was no coach access for dropping off and picking up... This is something that really needs consideration especially if you are carrying a lot of luggage or unable to walk far... Overall we had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves.. we would definitely go again..

Stayed for 5 nights and this hotel is ideal if you like the Old Town and a short walk to the New Town. Right on the seafront so views are beautiful,
Staff are fantastic, friendly and professional from Reception to Cleaners, superb.
Would recommend this quiet, small hotel, the oldest established Hotel in Benidorm, and exactly the right spot! Back next year without a doubt.

Excellent hotel located right on the seafront in Benidorm.

We arrived early at around midday, but our rooms are ready and we could check in straight away.

Excellent location for the Old town and a stroll along the front would happily return.

We had two double/twin rooms with a balcony on the front and the view was excellent for watching the world go by.

My wife and I stayed for my birthday and very well pleased with everything. Excellent location, rooms cleaned daily, Seaview fantastic, breakfast selection very good. All staff very friendly and welcoming especially Jaime at front desk who couldn't do enough for us. Thanks everyone and we will be back.

Had the most wonderful stay at Hotel Bilbaino. Our journey started when I contacted the Hotel to tell them I was planning on a secret holiday with my wife to celebrate our wedding anniversary.
I was able to send a wedding photo which the Hotel printed, framed and put in our room with a box of chocolates and a card. It was an amazing touch. So thank you so much.
The Hotel itself is situated perfectly. It is right beside the Old Town and on the beach promenade. So our sea facing room had a view to die for, and we quite happily sat on the balcony watching the world go by.
The Hotel is not a plush 5-Star, but perfect for a few days away.
The room was lovely and spacious, the shower was amazing. Our room was very clean and serviced every day.
The staff were fantastic and just added to a great few days away.
All in all we would thoroughly recommend this Hotel. They made a special trip for us even better.

Best location in Benidorm, everything is 10 minutes away, 10 minutes from the busy nutty town, 10 minutes from the old town, everything you need is next door, restaurants, shops, staff are friendly, overlooking the entire Benidorm beech.

Excellent hotel in the old town. Our room was amazing. Paid a bit extra for a sea view but we’ll worth it. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were so helpful and kind. Will definitely be coming back

This is an excellent small hotel in a fantastic location on the seafront.
The hotel is clean and the staff are very good and helpful.
We had a seaview room on the 1st floor and could see the sea from bed. The bedroom and bathroom are a good size. We stayed room only and had breakfast on our sunny balcony. The hotel will loan you beach chairs if you ask.

What a fabulous little hotel. Stayed for four nights in May 2023.
Spotlessly clean, perfectly central location on the sea front, very friendly staff. The room was a good size with a large double bed. The shower was powerful, which I loved. There was also a great hairdryer in the bathroom and a fridge and TV in the room.
It is definitely not a super-fancy hotel but for the time we spend in our hotel when on holiday, we will definitely stay there again. It was perfect for us, and I am super fussy about cleanliness.

The Hotel Bilbaino was an excellent choice for us, while visiting Benidorm. Although the room was plain, it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were excellent, and breakfast was wonderful! Right on the Levante beach front, what could be better!

Great hotel near the sea, friendly staff and clean room. I really appreciate my holiday in this hotel.

Highly recommend for couples and families. The centre of the city is near the hotel and also the beach is in front of the hotel (free). Very happy! :)

Me and my wife stayed here for 4 nights in May and loved it. We didn’t arrive until 23:30 and was welcomed by a friendly receptionist. Once we checked in, we sat on the balcony people watching before going to bed. We woke up so glaring sun and an unreal beach view. This hotel was close enough to what nightlife we wanted, with plenty of bars and food outlets to eat and drink in the daytime. It was near enough to visit the Old Town and being right across from the beach we didn’t have far to go to chill out in the day.

Would definitely stay here again. Hopefully in the same room.
