Cons:

We quickly figured out why the hotel is called "Micro". Our room was the smallest hotel room we have ever stayed in. We had our grandson with us who required a pack and play bed. There was not enough room to set up the pack and play and still have room to walk. We literally had to climb over the bed to get around his pack and play. The beds were hard as a rock. The set up of the room was not convenient for a woman trying to get ready. They had the plugs at one end of the table, yet the mirror was at the opposite end. The breakfast offered was limited. There was not a designated breakfast area. You had to eat in the lobby. Unfortunately, they had the heat so high in the lobby area, it was very uncomfortable. We had to step outside to cool off. We will not be returning.

Penalty not a payment
Pros:

I was charged a $170 cancellation penalty after canceling within an hour of booking. I never checked in or used the service. I’m disputing this as services not rendered and an unreasonable penalty. I spoke to Annelie and a general manager who refuses to give their name.

A Great birthday for me
Pros:

The woman at the front desk recommended barbecue nearby cause I want a cinnamon roll. That’s right a cinnamon roll at the barbecue place delicious. She was helpful on multiple occasions

Pros:

Very quiet and easy parking. Bed and room seemed clean but the bathroom floor was not - I dropped a hair clip and picked it up with dust bunnies and hair from near back of toilet and counter. Amenities are few, had to ask for clean towels/cloths on the 3rd day. Great location and staff were nice, but seemed lacking in the general customer service.
