Location is fantastic. Would stay again if in area.
Pros:

Location to Amtrak is fantastic. Plus easy distance to walk to other areas. Tram at door. Safe. Spacious.

Cons:

Constantly getting lost inside it!!! There are absolutely no signs to direct you once you leave lobby & it shouldn’t be up to other guests to direct me but it was .
Wasn’t most comfortable bed of my trip either.

Pros:

This facility is historic yet modern, functional yet artful, comfortable and accommodating. We will be back soon. Only reason not full stars is because the AC was a little too loud and the team could not get it fixed during our stay.

Downtown Memphis was not an issue…the roads. They should be called wagon trails from the 1800’s! Fix your roads, Memphis!

Best spot to stay in Memphis
Pros:

Spacious rooms and bathrooms. Staff super friendly and helpful for local tips and even tips for places to go on the rest of our trip. Definitely a top stay in Memphis.
Ask to try out the listening room behind the bar. Thank me later.

Pros:

A cut above the Hilton family of properties. Professionalism and expertise are extended on every hand. On the other hand genuine good and compassionate remains evident during each stay. It's a hidden jewel sitting on the Main Street hill.
