Excellent, five-star service and extremely clean, well lit facility

The staff were exceptional!! Very friendly, accommodating and extremely helpful! From the moment I checked in and got my key card I was provided with detailed information (where the facility accommodations were located), and what to expect with parking since there was a lot of activity going on (car show on the following morning and several families in town for a kids baseball tournament).

I've been to a lot of hotels in my years but the Hilton Home2 in Kennesaw, GA is one of the most exceptional! We will definitely be booking this hotel next time we need to stay overnight in Kennesaw!!

Cons:

We got a great night's sleep but the only thing I think could have been better is the bed which was not as soft as hoped but then again we have a super soft one at home. We could have also used two pillows each; there were only three total. We made do with what we had and still had a great night's sleep. These minor bedding issued were definitely NOT a deal-breaker.

Excellent Stay at Home 2 Kennesaw
Pros:

Like decorations and cleanliness of the hotel. The room was spacious and the fact we were next to a window next to the stairs, was amazing 👏. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Johnathan checked in at intervals to inquire if we needed anything.

Cons:

Didn't like that we didn't have a variety of herbal teas, for my husband. There was plenty of free coffee which I enjoyed 😉.
