We are glad to have you and thank you for staying with us.

Kindly be informed that Surabaya City Council will hold a street carnaval along Tunjungan Street which is dubbed as “Karnaval Nang Tunjungan.” The event is held on Sunday, October 30, 2022 from 2pm to 9pm. The event is open for public, you are welcome to join the event.

In conjunction with the event, Tunjungan Street will be temporarily closed for vehicle access from 00.01 am until 11.59pm on 30 October 2022.

Hotel guests will still be able to travel in and out through Jalan Gemblongan (coming to hotel) and from Jalan Tunjungan turns to Jalan Genteng Kali (for going out of hotel). Do expect heavier traffic along the way and please make ample time to travel during this event. Should you need any assistance, our security team is happy to help you on your way to or from the hotel.

A good/comfortable stay!
Pros:

Breakfast was good so is the location.

Cons:

It was raining in the evening ang have to borrow umbrellas but
they were not in good conditions. Shd replaced the umbrellas!

Great hotel in the center of Surabaya next to Tunjunang Road
Pros:

great pool (with unfortunately too restrictive opening hours), big gym with all kinds of training facilities (24/7 open); amazing breakfast with a very broad choice of Indonesian and international dishes & huge breakfast area; the internet is very reliable; the rooms are very clean, the bathroom is great; as the hotel is next to Tunjunang Road (which is full of bars & restaurants) one can easily have an evening or morning walk there, probably the best hotel of Surabaya (at least the best I know); great views of downtown Surabaya from the rooms in the upper floors and the rooftop restaurant

Cons:

there was a leakage in the AC in the first room I had gotten + the AC was very loud, so that substantial amounts of water dropped in the floor right after the entrance door - however, when I pointed that out to the reception, they generously gave me immediately a new room in the next higher room category with an amazing view of downtown Surabaya and the Tunjunang shopping center

Leider kommt dieses Hotel für zukünftige Aufenthalte in Surabaya nicht mehr in Frage.
Cons:

Zimmer viel zu hellhörig, man hört alles aus dem Nachbarzimmer und/oder von draußen auf der Straße.
Ausstattung der Zimmer ist nicht mehr auf dem Standard eines europäischen Double Tree by Hilton Hotel.
Service im Restaurant war eine Katastrophe.

Echt genoten in het hotel
Pros:

Prachtig hotel, upgrade naar executive kamer gekregen. Ontbijt was lekker, veel keuze en je kan er ook heerlijk avondeten. Surabaya is niet echt voor toeristen.. Maar als ik ooit in de buurt ben weet ik waar ik overnacht! Zwembad, gym is ook top.
