Pros:

Beautiful, clean apartments with a nice interior. A big plus is the underground parking for €8

However, there are some downsides: the windows in the room cannot be opened and the ventilation is poor — it was very stuffy by morning.

Since it was New Year’s Eve, a group of young people were partying in the neighboring room. In the morning, the corridor was dirty and it was hard to breathe because of the smell.
