已經來住第二次了，感覺是上野附近的美滿如家地點最好的，出門幾步路就有百貨公司和逛街的地方。適合一家人一起住，晚上可以吃喝聊天，服務人員都很有禮貌很熱情。

Perfect!
Pros:

What a terrific stay. We loved our apartment. It was spacious, quiet and clean with useful built-in facilities offering wonderful value. Our host, Seira was extremely helpful plus the whole team there. I can't fault our stay. Thank you so much!

Very spacious great location for a family of four happy to share one room
Pros:

This size of the room was much bigger than expected. The inclusion of a rice cooker was a nice addition. Although the beds were typically hard, but very Japanese, the amazing toilet made up for this.

Cons:

The beds were very hard but I think this is typical for the Japanese style. The hotel has many floors and only one lift, however it was not a massive issue.

Perfect accommodation for families, made extra special by the friendly kind staff
Pros:

Friendly kind staff who went out of there way to make our stay wonderful. Room was comfortable and had everything you needed. Kitchen was a bonus. Location was great. Close to trains, restaurants, sightseeing and shopping. Kids loved collecting everything for the bingo game and having ninja stars and games in the foyer. Perfect for families- we had 3 generations (11 in total). Would highly recommend and would love to come again one day.
