Perfect family hotel
Pros:

Absolutely perfect hotel for families in an excellent location. Somehow the hotel is on a perfectly quiet corner while being only steps away from the bustling streets of Ueno and the train station. It was simple to get anywhere in Tokyo and felt like our own comfy neighborhood right away. We stayed at this hotel at both the beginning and end of our time in Japan because we couldn't image a better fit for our family of 3. There were also lots of playgrounds scattered within walking distance which was vital for keeping our 4 year old happy.

Cons:

Our specific room lack windows that we could look out. A layer of frosted windows and then a stylish choice to make it look like old paper windows. Probably was facing to a back alley or something

Great stay for families - second time at this place and would come again!
Pros:

Big room, with fully equipped kitchen and bathtub. Staff was more than lovely, so helpful and kind. Location was great at a less touristy part of the city, but well connected and close to a mall, supermarket. Also very nice the children's activities they always display at the lobby, and the restaurant recommendations. They also have a laundry area that was very convenient.

Cons:

Our room was right next to the smoking room (I believe the only one in the building). To be honest it didn't really affect our stay as the door was always well shut, but we absolutely hate smoking so even walking past it and smelling faint smoke was a bit of a nuisance to us. The elevator was also a bit busy at certain times, and the stairs were closed off.

Hotel perfetto per nuclei familiari con un servizio eccellente
Pros:

Personale incredibilmente disponibile e cordiale. Camera familiare spaziosa e ben organizzata (dotata anche di uno spazioso armadio, molto difficile da trovare in Giappone). Posizione comodissima. Tanti servizi proposti (anche la spedizione delle valigie all’aeroporto e il baby sitting)

這個地點真的非常棒！飯店又乾淨，工作人員也很棒，會替顧客設想，以後來都要住這裡！
Pros:

地點非常優越，附近有四個車站，去機場也方便，推行李走路不遠，就在阿美橫町附近，買完還可以回飯放東西。前台的工作人員都非常nice,每一位都很熱心，而且飯店也很乾淨，下次來一定會再住。極力推薦！
