The location was excellent—everything was close by, and access in and out of the area was smooth with no traffic issues. In addition, the afternoon staff were outstanding; they were attentive, supportive, and genuinely tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Overall, interacting with this shift was a highlight of our stay.
The air conditioning operated only on heating mode despite the mild weather, which made sleeping extremely difficult. I raised this issue daily, but it was never resolved. We were advised to open the windows for cooler air, however this exposed us to excessive street noise, nearby construction, and loud music from surrounding venues, making the situation worse. As a result, the amount of sleep I managed to get over five nights was extremely limited.

Amazing staff, great location, great food
Quite expensive, and sadly had to pay extra for breakfast items although breakfast was supposedly included once we booked. Balcony is very small and unable to be utilized, but wasn’t an issue.

The room looks nicer in the picture, not as aesthetic. More expensive than very similar suites close to it. No gym
