The cabin was clean and warm with a lovely view.
Nothing, it was lovely.
Only people to have breakfast
Breakfast was good value, but black pudding and mushrooms were overcooked. Quiet location with good parking. Comfortable stay.
Heated towel rail in bathroom couldn't be turned off.
Staff were great, location was good, facilities on site were very good.
Room, in particular bathroom could do with a deep clean and refresh of decor. Bed wasn't the most comfortable. Food was average.
It was a convenient stay for us as we were attending a function at the Golf Club.
Clean and comfortable bed. Good Breakfast.
Extremely Comfortable Room - Very Clean / Very Welcoming - Thankyou :)
Everything Great!
The staff were amazing, especially the night porter who found me an iron and an ironing board when I got there, as there were none in my room.
The staff at the conference centre were very good - a good night's sleep, a spacious bed.
The facilities where poor - when i got there late in the evening the weather was not very good, and the lighting to the cabins was very poor, very dated decor and the cleanliness was poor, no wifi in the cabins, considering you are asking people to stay for conferences i would have thought in this day and age wifi was a must, i had to go outside the cabin to make a phone call even the EE wifi on the phone was hard to get a signal, but all in all in this day and age you get what you pay for I suppose. The shower had only 2 temperature settings: hot and super hot. I could not turn the shower to a cooler setting. Maybe it was my fault, but if there was a way, it should have been explained, or at least a notice telling you how to use it.
Everything is great, clean, staff service, atmosphere.
Clean and tidy unit. Very quiet. Good location; close to or relatives.
No internet access, which is a deal breaker for travellers.
Phone signal is weak.
Staff were very pleasant.
The cabin was warm and inviting, which was nice to begin with as it was getting dark and it had been raining and was a bit cold.
Bathroom was spacious and clean.
Bed was massive and very comfy. Free tea and coffee in the room also.
Breakfast was extra, but generally nice.
Could have done with a little more light and sign posts to show the way to the cabins.
Shower head could use a descale, water was going every which way but towards you.
Only downfall for breakfast was the cheap tomato sauce.
Simple clean furnishings, great bed, really comfy and no chemical plug in air fresheners! Good shower and responsive heating and warm towels
Receptionist was very helpful. Bar staff lovely and security staff reassuring. The option of a carvery looked tempting but a nearby Indian had been booked already.
The wierd Dinosaur noises from nearby were disconcerting
lt was a very wet day and lack of clear signage had me wading in deep puddles then trudging across grass to find my log cabin and l was soaked through. Luckily the heated towel rail came in handy to dry my clothes.
I came for a peaceful night’s sleep while visiting a relative in a nearby hospital and between my rowdy neighbours and the Diwali fireworks l only got about 2.5 hours. Poor lighting in the car park and entrance meant I stumbled and dropped my coat and hoodie ina deep puddle- that heated towel rail did it’s job again!
Staff were brilliant and managed to get me an early check in. The food was decent.
Little to no signal in the cabins and the WiFi doesn’t reach there, which I think is really poor.
