Very good and we will recommend to others.
Pros:

Receptionist Hamza and the porter and all the staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool was heated which was very pleasant. Everything was great.

Cons:

The room was a bit too warm but it was ok.
Perhaps with his price parking could have been included and not charged as extra.

Tolles Hotel und Restaurant für ein verlängertes Wochenende in Bozen
Pros:

Tolle Lage in der Nähe vom Bozner Stadtzentrum (Rittnerbahn, Schloss Runkelstein, Bozner Altstadt mit vielen Restaurant - alles zu Fuss erreichbar). Das gesamte Personal im Hotel war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam, konnte bei allen Fragen immer helfen. Ausserordentlich gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Auch das hauseigene Restaurant fürs Abendessen ist sehr zu empfehlen (nicht ganz billig, aber sehr kreative leckere Küche auf gehobenem Niveau). Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, Betten waren super bequem, Duschtücher wurden sogar vor dem Schlafengehen nochmal ausgewechselt bei Bedarf. Grosses Badezimmer mit geräumiger Dusche. Alles sehr komfortabel und schön gemacht.

Ruhiges und schön renoviertes Hotel
Pros:

Netter Empfang mit Prosecco und ausführlichen Informationen.
Altstadt fußläufig gut erreichbar.
Freundliches und bemühtes Personal.
Sehr bequemes Bett.
Deutsche TV Sender.
Die kleinen Snacks auf dem Zimmer sind eine sehr nette Geste, so wie man es sich in einem 5* Hotel wünscht.
Das ganze Haus macht einen angenehm sauberen Eindruck.
Gutes Frühstück.
Ein Aufzug zu den Zimmern ist vorhanden, leider nicht bis zum Restaurant.
Kleine gepflegte Gartenanlage mit Außenpool.
Parkplatz befindet sich direkt am Hotel.
Das Haus strahlt eine äußerst angenehme Atmosphäre aus.

Das Badezimmer ist zu unserem Bedauern nach oben offen und hat leider k e i n e Türe!!!
Die fehlende Türe war auf booking.com leider nicht ersichtlich!
In der separaten Toilette befindet sich bedauerlicherweise kein Handwaschbecken.
Die inkludierte Minibar enthält nur Softdrinks.
Wir hätten statt einer großen Bettdecke zwei separate Bettdecken bevorzugt.
Das im Zimmer zur Verfügung gestellte Wasser war nur Leitungswasser, auch im Restaurant wurde uns nur Leitungswasser serviert und berechnet.
Den Geruch der Duftstäbchen im Zimmer fanden wir äußerst unangenehm.
Das nette Personal spricht fast ausschließlich Englisch.
Die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert!
Die absolut steilen und ausgetretenen steinernen Stufen zum Restaurant sind nicht ungefährlich, da auch der Handlauf n i c h t von den ersten Stufen zur Verfügung steht.
Die Zufahrt zum Hotel ist nicht gut beschildert.

Pros:

Es handelt sich um ein sehr komfortables 5*-Hotel in welchem sich historisches Flair mit moderner luxuriöser Austattung treffen. Das Hotelpersonal war äußerst zuvorkommend und hilfreich, wirklich ein sehr zufriedenstellende Erfahrung, welche in der heutigen Zeit sehr selten anzutreffen ist. Beim Restaurant machen wir kleine Abstriche. Weder der Service noch die das Angebot haben unsere wohlgemerkt, sehr hohen Ansprüche vollkommen zu erfüllen vermocht. Die verwendeten Produkte waren zwar lokal und von sehr guter Qualität und auch die Zubereitung war tadellos aber die Auswahl war dann doch etwas sehr limitiert. Der Service war unseres Erachtens etwas rüde.

Truely magical place!
Pros:

The hotel is very ver beautiful. It’s a small castle with only, I think, 24 rooms and you feel very exclusive. It’s in a nice, quite location and once you enter the gates of the hotel you don’t feel the noise of the city. Breakfast was exceptional, the swimming pool is warm and clean, sauna area is well thought through. Rooms are socialist and everything is new and well maintained. Highly recommend it. We stayed with two small children and felt comfortable.

Отель расположен в самом сердце города в старинном замке. В пешой доступности все основные достопримечательности, авто и ж/д вокзалы.
Красивые и стильные номера (есть все необходимое: халаты,тапочки,душевые принадлежности). Очень ухоженная территория. Дружелюбный и отзывчивый персонал. К услугам гостей отеля бесплатный спа и бассейн с подогревом.
