Magical castle stay
Pros:

We had the most magical stay. The reception staff were so lovely and considerate. They were so helpful and went above and beyond including making sure we had dinner when we arrived late and looking after our bags after check out.

The room was very comfortable and the spa area was excellent. We appreciated the turndown service and the complimentary snacks.

Highly recommend the restaurant for lunch or dinner!

Only a 10 minute walk from the train station.

We also really appreciated the city pass included with the stay.

Cons:

Most of the hot options at breakfast were an extra charge. The coffee at breakfast was poor.
