Great staff and location
Die Zimmer im Hotel sind sowohl modern als auch traditionell, nicht übertrieben, aber äußerst komfortabel.
Only issue is the bidet washer is pretty strong,ahaha.In addition the hotel and very clean and very nice staff.

The room was clean & tidied every morning. Laundry service was reasonably priced by weight and prompt. Got our laundry at the end of the day!Food and service was excellent.

Breakfast: inside, on the ground floor; could be better for a boutique hotel as choice of items was fairly limited.I will definitely visit Hoi An again and will stay in the same hotel!
On the last day, we had to give up on breakfast because the check-out time was 6:30, but the staff kindly prepared a lunch box for us at short notice, which was very helpful.

Small but perfectly formed, a really super hotel close to the old town with comfortable and quirky rooms. The breakfasts were exhaustive with seemingly every conceivable food stuff from soup to coissants.
the best thing about the hotel was the staff, warm friendly and helpful especally the ladies on reception.
My local contacts booked me to stay a night here after I had stayed in Mercure Danang and Intercontinental Sun Peninsula as I had to do some wok in Hoi-An.I would heartily recommend the this hotel to anyone wanting to spend time in an excellent hotel with great staff.
Location is unbeatable.Free WiFi with excellent speeds of 20-25Mbps.
What impressed me is the level of service the staff are trained for. They could remember the names of the guests and are extremely helpful and polite.
