המקום מיוחד אך הגורם האנושי עושה את ההבדל , בעיקר אהבנו את הצוות , יניר מקסים ,משתדל, מאוד אישי ונעים מהרגע הראשון .

מניחים שזה היה נקודתי אבל בבוקר היו קידוחים של בנייה ממול , העיר אותנו בבוקר, אפשר קצת לשפר את הניקיון , המקום יפהפה ומיקום מצויין

Pros:

The location was excellent. We attended an event at Bloomfield Stadium, which was only about an 8-minute walk away. The route was completely flat, making it very easy and convenient to get there.

Cons:

The room itself was disappointing. It was not clean upon arrival—there was hair on the floor, and after taking off our shoes, dirt immediately stuck to our feet, which was quite disgusting. Even the shower appeared dirty and poorly maintained. The room was also significantly smaller than it looked in the photos.

In addition, the air conditioning was not working properly, and there was no reception desk or service line available to contact for assistance, leaving us with no support when issues arose.

What made this even more disappointing is that I have stayed in many hotels that were much cheaper yet offered far better service, cleanliness, and overall guest experience. For the price charged, this property simply does not deliver. In my opinion, it is not good value for money, and I would not choose to stay here again.

bath was clogged, water went outside the bath and outside the room
electricity fell down for like 3 hour and we didn't get anything in return
