Great place for a family Jaffa outing and also if you keep Shabbath!
Pros:

This was our first stay at Elmina and we were surprised in many ways: the kindness and much presence of the staff, the ability of the property to accommodate our needs as a family, and as a family observing Shabbath and Jewish holidays. We also felt safe in the hotel, even though there were occasional sirens during the day and at night.
We felt welcome, had much independence and autonomy in this hotel, and to a great extent we received a lot of added value beyond just a room to sleep in.
Also, the rooftop views are amazing!

Cons:

Some rooms are facing the construction site, which is very close to the hotel.

At our specific visit we got an impression the hotel was underbooked for some time, because of the war, so we kind of needed to warm up the space. But eventually - it didn’t really make much difference :)

This hotel is a great location, constantly maintained property with very uniquely designed rooms, and high ceilings. The building is an original Jaffa building probably of the Ottoman period . The downstairs lobby is very ambient place to spend time in, and there is a coffee machine and kitchen facilities available for the guests, which we as a traveling family much appreciated!

Nice comfortable room just a couple blocks from the sea.
Pros:

The hotel is located close to the beach that has a nice walkway. There were restaurants within walking distance and a store also to pick up some treats. The lobby had a nice pastry treat and I enjoyed a couple cups of tea. Nice roomy accomodation, with just what I needed - a comfortable bed and quiet room.

Cons:

The glass door to the toilet area is mounted a bit too low, or the bottom seal needs to be adjusted as the door got stuck on the floor so getting into the toilet side involved stepping sideways to ease into that area.

Очень красивое место расположенное в наиболее удобном районе Яффо. Прекрасная комфортная кровать и подушки, просторный душ.

Cons:

Следует иметь в виду, что раковина для умывания расположена не в душевой, а прямо в комнате, что не всегда удобно если вы путешествуете с партнером.
