Great stay in a nice calm part of Ubud.
Pros:

Flamboyant Villa is a small accomodation in the center of an authentic part of Ubud. Located in a back street, so no cars around and just a 20 minute walk to the city center through a calm street. I stayed in one of the studio's with a small kitchen. The studio and bathroom was super spacious, a comfortable bed, thick towels and quiet air conditioning. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. I've stayed over 2 weeks for a yoga training nearby and Cuming & Wayan (hopefully spelled correctly), asked regularly how things were going, very friendly and great hospitality. The pool was great size, deep and perfect for a swim. It is a small hotel, only 10 rooms, perfect to meet other travelers. Would definitely return.

Cons:

The shower and bathroom were cleaned daily, it could however use a deep clean to remove the limescale stains on the glass walls.

1) Дверь входная деревянная заедала
2) завтрак скромный
3) нужен косметический ремонт (детали)
4) номинации нет в номере, описание бренда и информации не хватает
5) рядом стройки
6) вилла находится между двумя дорогами, соединена тропинкой, с обоих сторон дорог нет Указателя (навигация) с названием Виллы это усложняет прям сильно поиск виллы
7) комары и старые сетки на кроватях

Overall, it was still a pleasant stay and we appreciated the staff’s hospitality.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay! The pool was very clean, and the staff were understanding and accommodating when we lost our keys. We also loved the bathtub and how easy it was to navigate around the villa. The toilet even had a bidet function with a button, which was a nice touch!

Cons:

However, a few things could be improved — the plants around the bathtub were dried and dead, the bathtub had some scum that needed more cleaning, and one of the sliding doors on the right side of the bed wasn’t functioning properly.

Perfect and would recommend and certainly return.
Pros:

Loved the location. Beautiful garden, peaceful, relaxing.
Cold pool - so very refreshing after a hot day out- doesn’t get a whole lot of sun- but that was fine for us.

Cons:

When we first checked in there was a musty smell in the room. We had a large room so had 2 heat pumps running, after the 1st night one was turned off, after this the musty smell went away and was perfect. I think the other heat pump needs to be replaced -
As this is where the smell was coming from.

Pros:

The place as stunning as shown in pics! It was more lush though, filled with plants on the outside.

The place is somewhat hidden so I’d recommend you to arrive during the daylight.

The location isn’t as good as it could be but it served as a little hideaway to come back after a busy day around!

Last but not least the staff was very kind! They even got our clothes washed in 24h for a small fee.

Cons:

The basic room could be enhanced: there was a big empty space to fill - not a single plant or decorative motif inside. The room felt quite plain - not cozy. I bet the other-more luxurious rooms would have been a better choice.

The towel drier was almost fallen off the wall (room 02)

There was so much noise during the day because of construction around (not the place’s fault), also weren’t much there during the day - but breakfast was quite noisy, where it supposed to be a relaxing oasis.

Pros:

Stedet ligger i en lille hyggelig bydel, som bærer præg af, at der bor vesterlændinge og lokale. Der er samlingsområde omkring en fodboldbane og et "medborgerhus", hvor mange mennesker mødes i de sene eftermiddagstimer.

Cons:

Jeg kunne godt tænke mig, at der blev klippet lidt af planterne ved gåstierne rundt omkring pool og værelser. Der blev ikke stillet vand på værelserne. Hvis man ville have vand, skulle man selv fremskaffe nogle plastikflasker og fylder op fra en varm beholder ved receptionen.

Pros:

Die Außenanlagen war klein und schön, sehr gemütlich. Das Zimmer ist groß, Klimaanlage hat gut funktioniert und es gab einen Kühlschrank.
Obwohl ich erst sehr spät angekommen bin, konnte ich noch einchecken. In der Umgebung sind fußläufig Cafés und Restaurants.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, der Handtuchhalter fiel schon fast von der Wand ab. Den Duschkopf könnte man auch mal austauschen.

Pros:

Excellent location in the calm surrounding, lush, green Gardens, and shrines in front of every house. The hotel manager was very friendly, offering us a complementary upgrade. An absolute recommendation. Just 100 m away. You find a family run Warong don’t miss the dinner there.
