Pros:

Good service, nice view and a really nice shower! There is a restaurant in the building open all day, even as a vegan you can find a couple of good meals. I can recommend this hotel!

Cons:

For us backpackers it felt almost too luxurious and almost like a different world compared to the rest of the city, but still it's a nice place if you just want a quiet and safe environment for the night.

Excellent hotel and I recommend it to all travelers.
Pros:

All the staff at the Zuri were very help full and friendly. The room was comfortable and cosy. In all, our stay was very nice.

Cons:

The only thing that I did not like was that they allow for smoking in the rooms. So the smell of cigarettes smoke lingers throughout the hall way and in some rooms, I hope that they can make this a non-smoking hotel.

Nice Hotel in Dumai
Pros:

Lovely hotel in Dumai. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There’s a wide and delicious selection for breakfast, including options for vegetarians. Dinner at the restaurant was also tasty. To the ferry it takes around 10 min. by grab.

Cons:

The only downside: we booked a non-smoking room, but the room still had a slight smell of smoke.
