Cons:

Overcharged when booking in - they charged me an additional £190 rather than the £100 they advised. Pre-booked breakfast to be told on the first morning I hadn’t. Breakfast was disappointing and bland.

In the room no adequate lighting for applying make up or magnifying mirror for putting in contact lenses. Plug for hairdryer too far away from the mirror and hairdryer nozzle broken. Only 3 tea bags in the room for a 2 night stay for the two of us.

Will certainly stay there again.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good, the rooms extremely comfortable and the lobby a very pleasant and relaxing place. The staff were excellent throughout with recommendations and advice about travel and dining.

Cons:

It’s a short walk to the tube station but that was just a good way to get exploring the area.

We had a great weekend in London and the hotel really added to it.
Pros:

The location was great and the atmosphere very relaxed. The staff were polite and helpful, and showed their appreciation when we agreed to change rooms to accommodate a family who needed connecting rooms, by upgrading us to a lovely suite with a complimentary bottle of wine. We would stay here again.

Cons:

The breakfast had a great selection to choose from, however parts of the cooked breakfast was a little cold.
