Lovely stay, felt very relaxed. Would stay again
Pros:

The hotel was excellent, very clean, upmarket feel, the room was so so lovely. The bedroom decor was beautiful, clean. Our room had a sofa area with Tv, nice dressing table, ambient lighting. The water re fill stations are a great idea, & speakers in the toilet I found a great perk. Lots of space for clothes, bags, the felt tidy with our stuff in there. The staff on arrival were so friendly and helpful, welcoming. The whole place felt like it had had great quality work done on making it look nice.

Absolutely stunning interior !!!! The room was exactly as the picture advertised. The room was clean and decorated amazingly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Also an amazing location as well!!

Overall a positive experience. Just needs a few tweeks
Pros:

Staff were excellent and accommodating.
Great location.
Tidy room.
Quiet room.

Cons:

Fridge was empty, I would have expected at the very least, a small complementary bottle of water and maybe a biscuit with the tea/coffee!
Beds need upgrading-too soft and not enough support.

Pros:

Location was key for event I was attending.
Thought room was lovely

Cons:

Bar staff were busy stocking for an event and in consequence we left to get drinks elsewhere.
Think if they had acknowledged us we might have stayed longer. But it did not detract from our stay.

Pros:

I had an excellent stay at this hotel in Shoreditch and would highly recommend it. The room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable, with great attention to detail throughout. The bed was especially comfortable, and the whole space felt calm and well looked after.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Shoreditch with plenty of great restaurants, cafés, and things to do within walking distance, while still being quiet enough to relax and get a good night’s sleep. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made the experience even better.

Overall, a fantastic stay in a great location. I would definitely return next time I’m in London.

Fijne plek om te verblijven !
Pros:

Goed hotel met alle gemakken, de kamer was erg fijn. Goed geïsoleerd van straat geluid en de douche was ook erg fijn.
Ontbijt was uitgebreid.

Beautiful stay in relaxed style.
Pros:

Very nicely presented and styled hotel. Relaxed and friendly staff. Great re fillable water stations, nice showers and breakfast good, good check out time and felt quiet. Gym very nice facility if needed. Felt new and polished would happily stay again.

Cons:

Maybe room service food options - but this is being very picky.
