Good location
I paid £200 more booking through booking .com. If I’d booked direct would have got same room with breakfast for £650

I always enjoy staying at the Hart when staying in London for business. Great service, quiet rooms, even if your room is on the main street, and comfortable beds especially the pillows! Location great being close to some great restaurants close by.
Mooi, schoon hotel met goede faciliteiten. Het hotel ligt heel goed gelegen om de wijk Shoreditch te voet te verkennen. Voor mensen die naar Londen reizen met Eurostar, ligt dit hotel op zeer korte reisafstand van St. Pancras.

Professional and friendly team, great lobby for working and meetings, good location, lovely suite, clean and comfortable.
What I liked most about the hotel was the staff. They were always attentive and ready to help, especially the breakfast team and Selma, as well as the staff at the entrance. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the bed was excellent.
The only downside is the lobby.
Part of the price guests pay includes being able to enjoy the lobby in a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.
The MUSIC is too loud and creates a party atmosphere, making it difficult to relax.
I have stayed here three times in the last two months and will return next week.
If this does not improve, I may unfortunately choose another hotel.

La habitación estaba bien , pero el armario es prácticamente inexistente de lo pequeño que es.
El lavabo necesita una reforma y el lugar donde se pone el papel higiénico se caía constantemente.

Upscale hotel in a prime location. Room was large, clean, and aesthetic. The AC worked well and the staff was friendly. I did not try breakfast but would recommend the hotel!
