Great position and lovely staff
Pros:

The staff were really friendly and accommodating and the property is in a great position, right in amongst the old town hubbub, but on a quieter street.

Cons:

The shower had a rainwater and a hand attachment, but the pressure wasn’t strong enough for the rain water part. The sheets had hair on them, but were clean, so we think it must have been a washing machine problem.

Pros:

L’hôtel est super bien placé au cœur du vieux quartier. Malgré cela la chambre n’était pas bruyante mais elle ne donnait pas sur la rue. Le personnel était adorable durant tout le séjour.

La chambre était très simple, il manquait de quoi poser ses affaires. C’était assez propre sauf le frigo qui n’avait pas été lavé et était sale

Pros:

L'établissement est en plein quartier qui bouge avec tous les commerces à proximité. Pourtant, pas de bruit , c'est bien insonorisé.
C'est dommage les chambres sont modernes mais avec des ''petits moins'' ( poignée h.s , tâches par-ci par-là, moisissures) ...
Le réceptionniste est sympa et parle quelques mots de français.

Cons:

Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas bien dans notre chambre. Fenêtre aveugle....
La note sur Booking est indiqué à 8,8 , mais franchement ça ne les vaut pas . , ça vaut 8 au mieux.

Pros:

The owner is incredibly nice and supportive. He noticed how tall we are and how we booked a "too small" room/ bed. He offered us a Bigger room for the next day, with no cost included.
Also leaving the lugagge as long as we want with him, after check out.

Go fir this hotel, you will definately won't be disappointed for this Budget.

Great value, staff and location. Everything you need, nothing you don't.
Pros:

Great value in the heart of the Old Quarter on a relatively quiet section Ma May Street, but a minute's walk from the craziness that makes the Old Quarter so wonderful. Excellent coffee, banh mi and a convenience store right outside the front door. I had a clean, comfortable, quiet upper-floor room with good a/c, an enclosed shower stall and nice new-looking plumbing fixtures. The building and rooms are a little rough around the edges, but there's everything a traveler needs, including a lift and a 24 hour front desk manned by very nice English-speaking folks who can assist you with your tourist needs. I originally booked for three days and ended up staying seven, including my last night in Vietnam after taking an excursion to Cat Ba. The hotel was kind enough to store my luggage for a few days so I could take just a small bag. Would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Hanoi.

Cons:

No complaints. Highly recommended if you need good, reasonably-priced accommodations in a great location and don't need fancy amenities like Netflix or a gym, Ideal for the independent traveler.

The breakfast was good and the staff were also good.

Cons:

Some of the rooms do not have showers as advertised. I don’t like a shower over the toilets. the stairways were very dirty but clean rooms. The rooms shake when the other doors slam. The rooms are very small, beware the wide angle photos.
