Family quad room on 8th floor
Pros:

The good- we arrived late at night and our room was ready and waiting - the exact room I had seen in the pictures. The bedding configuration was perfect for a family with 2 teens. It's the only room on the 8th floor and a good size. The beds are comfortable and clean and the air conditioning was good. Our dust allergies didn't play up here. Also the room was quiet for old quarter. There are windows that open for outside air and to look out. The shower had the least amount of mold of any I came across - not mold free, but not too bad. No staff member asked us for a review or tried to sell us tours, which I enjoyed.

Cons:

The water pressure - as the quad family room is on the 8th floor the water pressure really struggles. You will not be able to wash your hair here, but it's easy to get hair washing at massage parlors. The hot water was also a bit tricky. Reminded me of a camp shower.
Could do with a repaint as the walls are pretty marked up and grubby in places and the curtains were a bit dusty. Also be aware this room is on the 8th floor and the elevator only goes to 6 and then it's stairs from there.

Ok for an overnight stay.
Pros:

Excellent central location with friendly staff, who were very helpful.

Cons:

Room had a strange smell, probably damp. One of the external double glazing window latches was broken and therefore a lot of traffic/crowd noise, however this didn't stop us sleeping, but maybe wouldn't be great for some. The room could have done with a more thorough clean.

Exceptional Host and Location
Pros:

The Hotel is perfectly located in the Heart of the Old Quarter. It’s a vibrant street with lots of Food, Spa and Shopping options! The rooms were small, but well maintained. The bedding was extremely comfortable !

Pros:

It was nothing special but did the job. Right in the heart of old town, has room service and air con and comfy beds :)

Pros:

The owners are great people, super polite and funny. The room was clean and we even got a free upgrade.

We enjoyed our time in Hanoi 100% and the location of the Hostel was an important factor of that. It could literally not be located better, you are in the old town of Hanoi. Get amazing food everywhere under 1 minute walking and also have the party street nearby.

Rooms where quiet, we were not able to hear the streets at all.

As you can hear we were happy and would come back when in Hanoi :)

Smal maar leuk hotel in het centrum voor een betaalbare prijs
Pros:

Hotel liggen midden in het centrum, dus je kunt veel te voet doen of je pakt een Grab. Ik had een balkonnetje aan de straat, en dat is best wel leuk.
Supergroot bed, uitermate vriendelijke en behulpzame receptie.

Cons:

Alles okay.

Great host!
Pros:

The hosts were very hospitable and attentive, and the hotel was centrally located in a slightly quieter alley of the Old District in Hanoi. I got a room on a higher floor, so the noises from the street didn't bother me much. The shower was separated from the rest of the bathroom, so the entire floor did not get wet after showering. Overall, I think it is a very good value-for-money option when staying in Hanoi.

Cons:

There were some ants coming from cracks in the floor and going all over the trash can, so I avoided eating or drinking anything in my room. I guess some ants can't be helped in this climate, and staff were very responsive when I brought the problem up, so I am not taking away any points from the final score. Keep in mind that the Old District gets loud on weekend nights, so you might hear some extra noise then.

Pros:

Excellent location. On the one hand all sights and cool night life just around the corner, on the other hand it's absolutely quite rooms, no nose at all. Comfortably bed, clean bed linen, hot water, refrigerator, cattle - all this available. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms had their lifetime but they are clean.

Cons:

We are satisfied with the price/quality.

Pros:

Ich habe eine schönes Zimmer mit Stadtblick bekommen.

Cons:

Sollte man die Lautstärke nicht mögen, muss man darauf achten, dass man kein Zimmer zur Straße hat.
Mir hat es nichts ausgemacht.
