Pros:

The Wifi was good. Room is a good size

Cons:

Bed is very uncomfortable, the staff at the restaurant is not attentive, $22 daily amenities fee!!! ridiculous there's no amenities. over priced, would not stay again.

Nice hotel. Pricey for a small town like Winters.

Cons:

My pet peeve with many hotels. Our room was large, bathroom huge and yet there is only one chair. It is uncomfortable to have a conversation when one conversant has to lay on the bed.

Cons:

Would have liked the rooftop patio to be open. The hvac unit is pretty loud at night, made it hard to sleep.

A beautiful hotel in a charming town

This is a beautiful hotel! We were impressed with the size of the room, it was beautiful!

Cons:

When we checked in the lady at the reception desk was very unfriendly and told us absolutely nothing about the hotel, parking, amenities, etc, didn't even tell us our room number. First impressions are everything and this was terrible. The hotel accommodations in general was excellent. We never got our room serviced we were there for 3 days and 2 nights, not even coffee refills (pods ) got the coffee maker. Even hung the sign out on our door st 10:00am that it was ready for servicing - returned at 5:00 - still nothing!

Hotel Winters exceeded my expectations. The size of the room not to mention bathrooms were amazing.
