Pros:

Wir würden sehr freundlich empfangen .Es wurde mir sofort ein Zimmer Parterre zugewiesen da ich schlecht laufen konnte. Das fand ich richtig super.

Pros:

Kleines aber feines Hotel, bissl in die Jahre gekommen aber super sauber un gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal und super Frühstück. Wenn's mal wieder klappt, nächtigen wir wieder dort

Grundsätzlich war es schön und wir würden es weiterempfehlen!
Pros:

Das Personal war super freundlich! Wir haben Tipps für Essen und Besichtigungen erhalten. Kostenfreies parken in der sehr engen Tiefgarage könnte den einen oder anderen Fahrer überfordern. Der Preis war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Das Frühstück war für 15 Euro überschaubar, die Brötchen hart und die warmen Fleischwaren zu lange im Warmhaltebehälter. WLAN war sehr instabil. Die Vorhänge ließen sich nicht so schließen, dass kein Licht mehr einfällt.

Überbelegung nie wieder...
Pros:

Der Mitarbeiter am Empfang hat sich bemüht den Fehler zu korrigieren aber keine passende Lösung gefunden.

Cons:

Obwohl im Oktober 2025 (4 Monate vorher) gebucht und auch Nachrichten vom Hotel empfangen wurden, konnte trotz Bestätigung und keiner Stornierung kein verfügbares Zimmer gefunden werden. Bei Booking.com noch nie passiert. Nie wieder Hotel Opaö. Auch im von mir gebuchten Ersatzhotel verdrehte die Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption die Augen, scheinen nicht die ersten vom Hotel Opal enttäuschten Gäste bei ihr gewesen zu sein.

beste Lage um auf die Hannover Messe zu kommen,das Hotel kommt ohne Komfort aus, die Zimmer sind klein aber gemütlich,das Frühstück ist sehr gut ,komme gerne wieder

Für die eine Übernachtung war das Zimmer gut. Das Frühstück war gut und reichhaltig.

Cons:

Wir mussten vor Ort noch einmal 7% Mehrwertsteuer bezahlen, für uns leider nicht nachvollziehbar.
