Pros:

The location was great and close to tons of food places and Walmart.

Cons:

My husband and I saw a HUGE roach outside the entrance doors and then saw one in our room. Other than that, the place was nice and clean.

Pros:

Very nice accommodations . Updated; clean ; quiet ; very nice and helpful staff; breakfast top- notched. Felt I was in 5 - star hotel. Looking forward to staying again.

We use this location because it’s central to our travel plans and they make our dog feel welcome.
Pros:

Pet friendly, friendly staff all around, comfortable bed

Cons:

Should have provided a bit of fruit for breakfast. Lobby entrance doors were open a bit long each time allowing the lobby to hear up.

It was a good location and the bed was comfortable after a long day on the road.
Pros:

It was quite and the room was clean

Cons:

Nothing wrong with stay. Just the flooding in public areas - halls elevator are worn and dirty. Too much air freshener at check in lobby

Great experience clean and attentive place awesome employees.
Pros:

Great place with awesome employees very attentive, extremely nice and helpful. Also one of the cleanest and well stocked, also liked the rooms very spacious and well maintained. Good pricing. Location is in a great place , could use a parking lot makeover but thats not bad enough to even say anything bad about it , had plenty of parking also.

Disgusting and disappointing
Pros:

Absolutely nothing!

Cons:

The room was dirty. There was bedbugs, hair on the sheets, the toilet had poop in it, the shampoo bottle was empty, the refrigerator was dirty, there was blood on the sheet and blankets.

Best hotel experience I’ve had in years
Pros:

Best customer service experience I’ve had in a very long time. I felt respected even while walking my service animal. The breakfast was amazing and coffee fresh. This place is definitely a hidden jewel. Thank you !
