THERE WASN'T ANY RESERVATION WITH MY NAME.REGARDLESS I PAID HOTELS.COM IN ADVANCE AND I RECEIVED A REMINDER OF MY BOOKING. THE HOTEL STAFF SAID THAT HASN'T WORKED FOR 5 YEARS YET WITH HOTELS.COM ANS EXPEDIA GROUP. SO I HAD TO PAY TWICE, WAITING TO CONTACT HOTELS.COM SUPPORT FOR A TOTAL REFUND
