This cant be controlled, but there was a full travel baseball team staying, and too loud, kids everywhere. Brkfst buffet was not stocked well and with quality choices.

Great staff.
Pros:

We have had to add nights onto our stay… each time our card had to be updated. We have been locked out of our room several times, but the staff have been great fixing the issue.

I loved the set up of the suite to accommodate 3 adults. Two nice queen beds, with sofa/daybed. Nice walk-in shower. Very clean. Away from city noise.

We were happy with the cleanliness of the room & the bed. But the water in the shower only came out hot. No cold, just hot.Same thing with the sink.Not happy about that & told the front desk.

This hotel was aesthetically pleasing and very clean. Top notch customer service and very helpful. The ONLY Thing I want to make sure you know is to book DIRECTLY through the official hotel website. Booking through this yellow app with the arrow (cause we cant say names in the reviews) caused way too many problems and they tried to take the full amount of my bkg for themselves leaving me AND the hotel nothing to show for it including the rooms. Yellow app is full of it. If it werent for the staff at the hotel, Yellow App wouldve scammed me real good.
