The facilities, the cleanliness, the fact that there's a bidet in every bathroom, the space, the views.

The staff upon arrival were amazing. That was Saturday afternoon of the 8th. The staff after that. Extremely unfriendly. We had some issues which took alot of time to resolve. And due to that, we were delayed in doing the things that we needed to do, in Jhb. Our initial rooms had a problem with the air conditioning, we had to sleep with the balcony door open. When they moved our rooms because they couldn't fix the AC, it took so long for them to come to this decision that we had wasted most of the day. On the first night, they did the turn down service on one of the rooms and not the other. I feel disappointed overall that for the price and potential of the place, we left underwhelmed. The pool was supposed to be heated. But apparently that was not working.. one of the main reasons we spent so much to stay here.

On the check in they were about to charge extra for my brother, because on the hotel policies he is not a children as for the booking policies. This lead to discussion on how to sort out the issue. At the end we did not pay any extra amounts as we simply followed the booking rules, however it was exhausted the stress and time lost during this period. So this is something that they should have stated, under their policies children go up to 12 years old. + It would be better if the hotel had hallal options on their restaurant. Besides this the stay was enjoyable.

Amazing view
Pros:

A great hotel in the city, with a good location and atmosphere.
My room was beautiful and spacious, and everything was perfect.
The room has all the necessary amenities for guests.
You can relax in your room with a view of the entire city.
The staff was very friendly, always helpful, and smiling.
A wonderful restaurant, with stunning views from the tallest bar in Africa, and a modern breakfast in the lobby.
The entire stay was wonderful.
I highly recommend it.
