Not great . Not impressive at all.
Pros:

The architecture is good.

Cons:

The staff are extremely rude, my nanny needed assistance with her breakfast and was met with a bad attitude. A baby choked at the next table and there was food all over the floor that the poor baby had thrown up, took the staff almost an hour to clean up the mess. The staff is not trained on first aid either so the baby had to go to the hospital. The staff just generally need training on customer service, from the reception to the restaurant its terrible, I can safely say I am never coming back or recommending it to anyone. Ill stick to The Raphael.

Tallest building great views & amenities
Pros:

Lovely stylish apartment, all the modern amenities you need including a dishwasher. Comfortable bed and great view from the (27th floor) balcony. They even supplied me with a small carton of milk in the fridge.

Cons:

Breakfast seems weird served in front of the reception desk, in a waiting and bar style area. The staff didn't seem interested in explaining my choices or how this particular hotels self service Breakfast system worked? They literally just asked if I wanted a drink and left me wandering around with all types of african influenced food items that someone with a distinctive British accent wouldn't necessarily know about? The sudden rainy afternoon in April put an end to my booking for the rooftop bar as no sooner had I booked it with the specific person on the reception at check in but also the *housekeeping lady who followed myself and the concierge guy up to my room - without mentioning who she was- but eventually she said she would book the rooftop bar an hour earlier than I originally booked it after advising me to book the restaurant instead for a proper meal rather than the rooftop bar tapas only menu. That main fine dining restaurant is lovely, good quality food and decent service but another strange set up as it is also a gym and pool area outside the balcony windows. From the hotel lifts the sign says gym this way but you end up in a fine dining restaurant? Different/strange?

Excellent choice for family
Pros:

First time in Sandton, Excellent choice for the family. Good proximity to shopping malls, hotels and restaurants. Wonderful staff. Great value for money
