Overpriced for the current offering.
Pros:

Central to Perth and great river views.

Cons:

The lift system is lacking with just two lifts making slow access to floors. To make it worse one lift was put of order so it put more of a strain on moving around the hotel easily.

Pros:

Room was absolutely beautiful and the pool bar was exceptional. Plenty of drinks to choose from and such a lovely view.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit random. So many options but also everthing tasted like chinese 5 spice. Rice and sushi for breakfast?!
