Relaxing, comfortable stay with river views and excellent hospitality
Pros:

Liked the location over looking the Swan River and Elizabeth Quay with vies up to Kings Park and beyond. Loved the bathroom with the deep bath, relaxing shower and arrangement of the room. The seat in the bathroom was appreciated by my elderly parents when they were dressing themselves and putting on their shoes. The staff were very attentive. They made my Dad’s 80th birthday a special occasion with their special touches.

Cons:

I didn’t have anything I disliked. If price was cheaper would have been a 10/10 stay

The staff judging a book by it's cover wouldn't let me collect the key everything was paid for they kicked me out I had to get someone else to put into there name so I could at least go to bed

Pros:

The service throughout from start to finish. The food was first class and our 5 course dinner was exceptional. The room with a great view.

Cons:

The upgraded room was great but small things like working out the taps in the bathroom was difficult- hard to read signage, and water strength variable. Finding the light for the toilet was difficult in the middle of the night.

Perfect place to stay for a touch of luxury.
Pros:

The staff were exceptional. They noticed we were away for a special occasion and made it amazing. All the staff were approachable and attentive.
