Beautiful room in the city, well located and great facilities
Pros:

Beautiful room and fantastic location. Really enjoyed the view. Wonderful and thoughtful features in the room. Liked the cosy bath for a soak. Fantastic bed, very comfortable. A great location for walking, central!

Cons:

Food from room service was very plain and not really worth the value paid for tiny portions. The food needs more flavour. Staff were polite and efficient but did not feel very welcomed in their restaurant area.

Overall excellent; we will revisit.
Pros:

Outstanding location on Elizabeth Quay. We had 2 rooms with river side views which made for spectacular sunrise wake-ups. Very central. Great restaurant (Hearth) for stellar breakfasts and a superb special occasion dinner. Good wet facilities and poolside bar in Songbird - great cocktails and mixologist!

Cons:

Bell boy had to be chased a number of times for luggage delivery to our rooms but were otherwise very good. Handled my rental car top-off and pick-up very tidily.
