The stay itself was VERY nice, but it could be way better

I liked the comfortable atmosphere, it’s very clean and very kind staff

Cons:

The TV doesn’t offer many options for streaming like Netflix or youtube or anything. The tap/sink drain doesn’t open so we had to keep used water in the sink all night. Short stay only from 2pm check-in to 11 am check out.

Thankyou ritz for giving myself and partner and amazing time and stay and every minute was great.
Pros:

It was amazing, the staff were so friendly and attentive. And the room was 10 out 10 so goood. Highly recommend to anyone

Stay elsewhere!
Pros:

Location was good and the view of the river was nice.

Cons:

The arrogance and rudeness of the Songbird Bar staff, was truly unbelievable 😳 I was really shocked with the way we were spoken to and dealt with. For that reason alone, I would never go back.

The hotel itself is showing a lot of wear & tear and really needs a good clean. Not what I expected at all from the Ritz-Carlton Perth.

I really wish we'd stayed elsewhere. If I wanted to be treated badly and over charged, I would have stayed in Sydney! Never again!
