Not value for money
Cons:

Need to queue up for breakfast and some times it went upto 1 hour. No matter what they will close the breakfast by 1030 even though you got an entry at 10 am . So my wife had stopped coming to breakfast

Food menu is okay only . They don't refill on time and we had to request each time although there are many staffs walking around .

They don't even put tongle to get bread toster

One day staff told me that chairs near the window is for guest and I was wondering what category I was belong there .

There are good 4 star hotels provide better service and facility than 5 star crown plaza . It's not value for money at all
