Will not stay at this hotel again
Pros:

The Location WAS GOOD and the beautiful Danny (lady) that was over breakfast the first morning of our stay WAS PHENOMENAL.

Cons:

One elevator was broke when we checked in in a Wednesday and by Friday at their busiest time the other elevator broke and we had to carry our luggage if 3 people down from the 5th floor, I understand these things happen but the other elevator should have been fixed (this is a busy season ) first day breakfast was great , rest if the time there was very little to choose and not being replenished as told….. the hallway and elevator A/C was out the whole stay with the temp being 87-88 degrees, management needs to do better and for what they charged and what they offered on their site is not what happened, my daughter has Cerebral PALSY IN HER LEGS and not having either elevator working at all times was a huge problem. The shower had mildew in it around the bottom. Will not stay there again I am requesting a refund. Was not as described AT ALL!!!!

Proximity to the bay is the main advantage.

Cons:

In the room we stayed in—on the second floor, right next to the elevator—it was incredibly stuffy. The AC was running like crazy, so we constantly had to turn it on and off all night long. It was completely impossible to sleep on the bed closer to the AC because it blew air way too hard. The ventilation was terrible, making the room feel suffocating with zero fresh air. On top of that, it was really frustrating that we had to pay extra for parking.

Booked an ocean front room but got a partial ocean view. Told since it was booked thru booking.com they couldn't do anything about it. Only one elevator. Had to wait 10 to 15 minutes every time going to our room on 6th floor. Keurig in room broke. Outlets didn't work and USB outlets were not lined up properly so they didn't work. Charge $15 to park in parking garage. If you go to the restaurant next door, which is owned by the same person, you use the garage free. But to stay at his hotel you have to pay. This hotel is not worth the price.

Staff could not find my reservation or my parents in their room when I arrived a day later. They said the reservation di

Clean with a nice view.

Cons:

Parking garage is about a block away. Not convenient for elderly or handicap. Not safe for a single woman to be walking from the parking garage to the hotel at night. Also, when I went to check in 24 hours after my parents checked in, the staff could not find my parents reservation and told me that there was someone with a different last name staying in their room. My parents were indeed in the correct room. I had to call up to the room and ask my 85-year-old mother to come down to the lobby to prove that they existed and they were in the room that I was trying to access. 😳
