Servizio fantastico, camere essenziali e piacevoli, colazione straordinatia.
Pros:

Ho trovato il servizio eccellente. Staff, cortesi, disponibile, effciente. Semplicemente ottimo! Le stanze ben pensate ed efficienti, pulite, la struttura cetrale e ben collegata. La colazione era straordinaria.

Cons:

Probabilmente il prezzo, forse leggermente troppo alto.

Cons:

Le restaurant fermé le dimanche et lundi en haute saison ! Et le bruit de la gouttière sur le toit en tôle 24/24h

Séjour mitigé
Pros:

Hôtel globalement correct. La chambre était propre, mais assez minimaliste, ce qui donne une ambiance un peu froide et impersonnelle.
Le dîner était en revanche très bon, avec des plats bien préparés et savoureux. Pour le petit déjeuner, c’est plus mitigé : le choix est assez limité et pourrait être amélioré.

Cons:

Le principal point faible reste le personnel. Bien qu’il soit sympathique et poli, il est majoritairement composé de stagiaires qui manquent de qualification et d’expérience, ce qui se ressent dans le service. De plus, ces stagiaires parlent principalement anglais et ne maîtrisent pas le français, ce qui est regrettable et peut compliquer la communication

A breath of fresh air in the mountains
Pros:

Location is perfect: right behind the station so easy access to the slopes via the Villars-Bretaye train.
Nice views of the Dents du Midi and sunset from the room.
Option to leave baggage in the ski room on checkout day so it's still possible to enjoy the slopes on the final day of a short trip.

Cons:

Would've liked the option to have scrambled eggs or something other than boiled egg. Maybe sausages too in addition to bacon.
