Home coming..
Pros:

The facilities, hospitality and care were superb. Services and personal care of the Manager, Mr Samir , House Keeping Staff, Dining room staff particularly Abhijeet and Jamir were exceptionally good. During our ten day stay we felt ....It's Home away Home..

Cons:

Need for Shade outside Reception.. During rain, it's very difficult for us .
Fan switches are not handy (it was behind bed head rest.. difficult to access). One more side table near the bed is a must for the second person to use. Breakfast items and quality needs to be upgraded. Initially we had problems but later the Management took extra care.. We are thankful for making our stay comfortable..

The hotel is well located and quiet. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

Cons:

The breakfast service is rather unreliable. It is outsourced to a caffe located at the hotel premises but the opening hours are rather short (7:30-9:30). When we asked to have breakfast 30 min earlier due to a tour starting at 7:30, it was not possible. Another day, there was no service until 8:30.
It is probably better to think of breakfast à la carte rather than included in the room prize and keeping flexibility to go elsewhere, if needed.

Cons:

I asked if I can check out and they told me to check out I need to rate them with 5 star on booking. So I’m writing this review as this should not be part of check out. Hotel is okay but it’s too expensive for the quality they offer

Décevant, l’endroit est beaucoup plus désuet que sur les photos.
Pros:

Le personnel était aidant et l’emplacement était bien.

Cons:

La salle de bain était terrible: il y avait une prise de courant dans la douche, plein de moisissure, l’évier a débordé par le dessous quand nous avons voulu laver quelque chose parce qu’il n’était pas étanche au sol, le lit était très dur et il n’y avait même pas d’endroit pour faire sécher nos serviettes de douche.
