Made my first visit to Japan feel like home
Pros:

Staff here are absolutely wonderful. Very clean, super friendly, exceeded my needs and expectations. The coffee and breakfast are great. Loved having the washer and dryer and kitchenette for my month long stay. Quiet and peaceful area, not much traffic. Lots of great places to eat and sights within walking distance.

Cons:

The parking area is small but the staff will park your car for you if necessary

Pros:

We liked the roominess of the room, the aesthetics, and the beds. Also, the balcony with furniture and the washer dryer were lovely.

Cons:

The fact that there was a lovely hot tub, but it was closed because it was considered off-season was slightly disappointing. The March, whether we were having would’ve been well suited for using a hot tub.

Definitely recommend this property if you’re looking for a place to stay.
Pros:

Staff was friendly professional and very helpful. Property was extremely clean and well cared for. Good location close to the seawall and local restaurants. In room washer and dryer was another bonus.

Would come back!
Pros:

The best service ever. The staffs were so accommodating. Knowing what breakfast choice we like. Knowing who we were, playing and chatting with our 4 yrs old. Lovely team! The room was clean and had a kitchen and washing machine and drier. The room was very quiet and sound proof.

Cons:

I think it was a bit costly and parking was thigh so the hotel had to move cars around to fit us all.

Memorable stay at Okinawa becos of The Moana
Pros:

The staffs are kind and helpful. There is a staff who can converse in Chinese.
The Japanese staffs made us feel at home during our stay at The Moana.
The room is sufficiently equipped with cooking facilities and is spacious. The beds are very comfortable and clean.

The location is accessible for us to take the local buses to the northern parts of Okinawa. It is walkable to American Village with a nice stroll when the weather is sunny.
It is near the beach and we were able to rent a bike for free from The Moana to ride along the beach.

Cons:

Overall, the room is sound proof. However, due to the wall partition in the balcony which is not full height, any noise from the next door can be heard especially when there is music played or people quarrelling.

我明年想來住一個月😭😭🫶🏻
Pros:

設備非常齊全 有洗又有烘 可以每天都洗衣服 不用帶髒衣服回家 而且位置還在海邊！ 每天走兩分鐘就可以去海邊看夕陽 喜歡死了

離711非常遠 而且那條路好黑 但其實附近也有很多好吃的店 全家也不算遠👉🏻👈🏻
