Petit hôtel familiale très bien. Tenue proche du centre- ville ( tous peut ce visiter à pied) marché ,Rempart a 5 mn le gérant et sa compagne sont super sympathiques et de bons conseils le petit-déjeuner est très bien non, franchement tout était bien. Je recommande cet hôtel

Proximité de la vieille ville
Tout était parfait, l'emplacement, la chambre, les équipements. L'hôtel se trouve à 5 minutes à pied des remparts. Le petit plus, le parking inclus dans le prix. Jérémy est très gentil, accueillant et de bons conseils pour un séjour agréable. Nous reviendrons.

The property is very close to the main attractions of the area. The staff was very nice and tried to accomodate all the requests. It has a free parking in front of the entrance, and when we told we were by motorbike we were even asked if we wanted to park it inside the hotel to feel safer. The day of our departure we could leave the motorbike at the parking and explore the area by walking. Very good price for what is offered.
The room was not super comfortable and there was some small distraction on the service (like the big towels for the shower were missing, but that was nothing that influenced our stay, and I am sure that if we asked we would have gotten some).
The hotel is right on the canal Rhône and a five minute walk to Aigues. Lots of cycle rides nearby to the Grou de Roi and following the canal to Galician port, where we saw otters and many species of bird. Larger shops and supermarkets weren’t far either. We didn’t take the breakfast although it looked very good.
Le lieu et l'accueil
Ne pas avoir eu l'acceptation d'annulation suite a une intoxication alimentaire la veille de notre arrivée .
Du coup deux chambres louées et une seule a été utilisée pour dormir de 13h a notre arrivée jusqu'au lendemain 10 h tant nous étions malade . Annulation de la venue de nos enfants qui devait utiliser la deuxième chambre pour nous voir dormir ..... Pas utile .
J'attends toujours la facture de l'hôtel précisant qu'une chambre n'a pas été utilisé afin de voir si mon assurance carte bleue pouvait au moins prendre en charge la chambre non utilisée , puisque l'hôtel n'a pas fait de geste . Je suis venue pour régler la réservation car je suis honnête .
J'aurais pû passer mon chemin dans payer , mais ce n'est pas dans ma mentalité . Je retournerai sur aiguemorte mais plus dans cet établissement qui a quand même bien profité de notre état lamentable pour nous faire payer .

L'hotel està molt ben comunicat, a prop del centre i té pàrquing propi. Les habitacions que van estar nosaltres i la nostra família complien les expectatives. El noi que ens va atendre va ser molt amable amb tot, tant a l'hotel com per orientar-nos a la ciutat, fins i tot ens va trucar per reservar restaurants per sopar. Un tracte excel.lent.
