Marie at check in was personable and jovial. apparently new to the area and i think she is a goodfit
Pros:

personally i think the waffle iron needs a calibration it was a little under done not bad just a little

Cons:

my coffee machine in the room did not match the coffee. i showed the manager when i checked and and he instructed someone immediately to switch it out. it was too late for me but good job.

Pros:

Friendly staff and helpful. Asst. Manager checked us in and was very friendly.

Cons:

Our rooms were on the road side and loud motorcycles and traffic very disturbing while trying to sleep.

Very nice room and facility, but unauthorized charge to credit card will prevent me from returning

Room was very nice, very clean

Cons:

There was an unauthorized charge to my credit card, which was later reversed, but left a small dollar amount which was not worth pursuing.
Minor issues - (1) there was absolutely no shampoo in the shower, (2) the only lighting in the bed area were four lights in the headboard and three were broken, only one worked.
